They already sorta did. There's a Shout-Out to Nuka Break in the Gun Runners Arsenal DLC: a weapon called the Nuka Breaker, which then made an appearance in Nuka Break.

Freeze-Frame Bonus applies. Its NCR Salavaged Power Armor. I can only assume then that dude in the bunker is General Oliver.

I couldn't really tell, even with freeze-framing. Looking at the wiki, it retains the power systems, not the AC units, so it is fully functioning power armor. If a Bo S Paladin has been locked out of the bunker for a while, I guess he improvised his outfit.

Just got round to watching it.
Wow. I mean, there were a few things that were a bit silly, mostly involving fight scenes, but wow. That was great.

Disappointed there weren't more scenes of the Paladin smashing faces, but I'm satisfied with what we got.
