I'm not sure, with all this tension and shock, I quite believe them suddenly veering into philosophical discussion...
= Spindriver =I mean we do see sal forming fists in the last panel.

I think the most interesting part of today's comic is that Amber isn't speaking with her split personality.
Amber has been losing time when Amazigirl goes out without Amber's permission.
Fresh-eyed movie blogAmazi Girl doesn't have a problem with Sal, Amber does.
I'm Charlie Owens, good night and good luck. PSNID: CEOIII 1117So, wait, does Amber believe that she's the split personality, and Amaze-girl is the primary personality?
Kinda sorta? As far as I understand her opinions it'd be that Amazigirl is the good one she created without her flaws, while Amber is the one stuck with all the rage and madness.
I mean, how much does it matter which is which?

Staying out of this, as he should. This needs to happen.
I'm Charlie Owens, good night and good luck. PSNID: CEOIII 1117I don't see how this won't just engender more resentment between them.
That thing where everything is resolved after a round of punches and mortal enemies connect on a spiritual level doesn't actually happen.
Says you. My older brother made a friend by splitting his classmate’s skull open on a locker during a fist fight. They still hang out sometimes, ten years later.
Make that "usually doesn't happen", then.
Though we're talking about fiction here, so the chances are higher.
Trouble Cube continues to be a general-purpose forum for those who desire such a thing. This is literally the worst possible scenario
Eating a Vanilluxe will give you frostbite.Nah, Marcie didn't come back to witness this yet.
And knowing Willis, its inevitable.
Sal has at least part of a point there.
On the one hand, Sal kinda tends to avoid the fact that she started the whole clusterfuck by trying to knock over that store and holding a knife to someone's throat. (And it has to be said that the comic seems to want to give her a pass for that.) On the other hand, she doesn't know just how screwed up Amber's family situation is.
So, basically, it's a mess.
= Spindriver =Yeaah, that she didn't get a chance to follow up on that threat doesn't mean the threat was "nothing" and "no harm" done.
I agree with you two. Now that I think about it I wonder if Ethan being so calm and forgiving to her sort of gave her an ego boost? "Oh, even the person I actually hurt doesn't think I did anything wrong." Anyway I don't think the comic is "giving her a pass" so much as acknowledging that she committed a crime and paid for it.

I think the point is that they're both victims of each other?
Words to live by.
....she does know this is the girl that stabbed her hand, right? It just seems weird she leapt to "you're Amazi Girl" first.
