Never read anything else in the Walkyverse, so I gave this comic a shot. I like, so far. Especially the current arc, with Roz defending her sexual freedom, despite some unforeseen consequences.
Anyone else reading Dumbing of Age?

The thing with Joyce specifically is that like...she can't fake her emotions and she's bad at hiding them and balancing them.
She's been able to, apparently, have a good relationship with Joe so far while also subconsciously pining after Dorothy, she might actually be able to have a relationship with both of them, but that's only if both are open to it and she doesn't try to hide anything.
Suddenly Dorothy is the issue here. As noted, she's been possessive of Joyce before, and dislikes Joe specifically. I can easily see her thinking this is just Joe hoping for a threesome eventually.
Writing a post-post apocalypse LitRPG on RR. Also fanfic stuff. She can pretty easily have simultaneous relationships with Joe and Dorothy.
Simultaneous specifically romantic relationships, however, is just asking for trouble. Some of the other characters could pull it off, but not Joyce, and I don't think Dorothy would do well there either. Ironically, poly would have been easier for Joyce when she was a believer, since the Bible very clearly and repeatedly describes marriage polygynously.
If they do make a go of it, Amber or one of her exes needs to make a Wonder Woman reference.

It's OK, Joe, she's not ditching you. She just realized HER ENTIRE FAMILY NOW KNOWS SHE LIKES GIRLS.
Jocelyne will more than likely will be cool with it, everyone else (including her dad) is suspect at best.
I'm Charlie Owens, good night and good luck. PSNID: CEOIII 1117Yeah, that'd be my prediction, too. She's dashing off to deal with Becky, and will get blindsided by her family's (very bad) reaction at a later date.
The Mansion of EThis is the university newspaper, the Brown family aren't discovering it just yet.
Her dad might see it. He was paying enough attention that he noticed Jocelyn in the crowd. Of course, he wouldn't tell her mom if someone put a gun to his head, but still.

No. Becky is going to explode. Probably literally.
