I don't mean like, what the name of a page is, I'm talking more like the <title> tags, what appears on the tab and all that jazz.

Why does it still say "PAGE NAME - Television Tropes and Idioms"? Why can't it be something like "T Vtropes.org - PAGE NAME?" It would look cleaner, and finally avert the Artifact Title

Putting the page name first is just polite - that way the boilerplate gets cut off instead of the interesting part when dealing with multiple tabs. "Television Tropes & Idioms" would be better off as "TV Tropes", though.

Note that the boilerplate line for the forums is "TV Tropes Forums", possibly because it would be just too long otherwise.

So yeah

"(Page Name) - T Vtropes: a wiki of Tropes and Idioms" or just "(Page Name) - T Vtropes"

or maybe even "(Page Name) - T Vtropes, it's not just for television!"
