Putting the page name first is just polite - that way the boilerplate gets cut off instead of the interesting part when dealing with multiple tabs. "Television Tropes & Idioms" would be better off as "TV Tropes", though.

Note that the boilerplate line for the forums is "TV Tropes Forums", possibly because it would be just too long otherwise.

I don't mean like, what the name of a page is, I'm talking more like the <title> tags, what appears on the tab and all that jazz.
Why does it still say "PAGE NAME - Television Tropes and Idioms"? Why can't it be something like "T Vtropes.org - PAGE NAME?" It would look cleaner, and finally avert the Artifact Title
