Gushing is not not allowed, just, not exactly welcomed. I think the part about celebrating fiction has some on it, on not exaggerating stuff and making sure we deliver useful info.
Fanfic Recs orwellianretcon'd: cutlocked for committee or for Google?Sacrifice thirteen wikipedia users upon an altar built from the bones of virgins.
Or wait for him to show up. Your choice.
Writing a post-post apocalypse LitRPG on RR. Also fanfic stuff.Since we're after Eddie specifically, we can PM and ask him to comment on the thread (summarize it though).
Fight smart, not fair.Jeez. Two PMs to come have a look at this.
I'd rather not change the home page in this way.
The important point is that we don't want snide sarcasm. Gushing is much, much easier to deal with. Also, the idea is to keep the home page very minimal so people will get on with looking at the tropes. Promising people that they're not going to get bogged down in bunch of ass-hattery is good enough.
Goal: Clear, Concise and Witty

The Home Page has a line warning that complaining isn't allowed, which is good, but shouldn't their be a line about how gushing isn't allowed either?
Currently taking a break from the site. See my user page for more information.
