Personally, I think it would be the best thing ever.

No. I have seen one frame and I already hate the art-style. And the concept is too "wacky" for my tastes. And then there's the fact that the theme is bad.

...man, that was a lot of negativity in one post.

Is it weird that when he sang "helium balloon" I picture a hot air balloon?

Personally, I think as a gimmicky, Scooby Doo parody-type series of shorts it would be pretty funny.

And I love that art style...though I doubt it'd mesh well with the nature of the series.

[up][up]Ditto there.

Better questions, if you would watch a cartoon of this, is there anything you wouldn't watch?

If you wouldn't watch this cartoon as it is, what could be changed so you would watch it?

If the video doesn't work, make something up like I did when someone asked to me to watch "2 Girls, 1 Cup."

(First I explained how cups are actually a suit in a deck of tarot cards, then I made up an elaborate backstory about how Card Captor Sakura became darker and edgier with no more magical cards to hunt down until she became an evil fortune teller whose predictions of death always came true no matter how impossible they would be for someone without magical powers, then I found an excuse for Kim Possible to hunt her down for a bounty. I finally had them cornered in a warehouse, but in the darkness, the bounty huntress got in close and the sorceress could not escape her strong arms, and suddenly they just kissed. They wanted to know what happened, but said, "Well, you saw the video, didn't you?")

Also, if you know a troper is clearly making something up, would you watch what they made up as is, or would you want changes?

I'll watch anything but Boku.

[up]Coco? It's talking about Boku No Paedo I mean, Boku No Pico and it's sequels. There are quite a lot of anime with Boku (a childish form of I(masculine)) in the title, and I don't want you not to watch one just because one is a Shotacon anime used to troll newbies. That said, Kuso Miso Technique is a good yaoi manga. have a look what I and others wrote about it in the Content Violations Discussions thread (About Content Violations Discussions).

Yeah, there's another video with that rant played with scenes from the show in the background. What he's talking about is 1000% content violation.

I really only watch Anime if I have a Western motivation. I don't do this consciously, it just happens.

I watched the Persona4 animation because I watched the Endurance Run

I watched Madoka Magica because I'm OD'd on Faust stuff right now.

Nah. Now if it was a complex metaphor of the issues of celebrity worship, now that would be interesting. :3

Also lots of surrealism and mushroom congos.
