Kamen Rider Zero One have been officially unveiled via press conference stream which revealed the cast plot summary and a teaser trailer
In short summary its a combination of Iron Man, Detroit: Become Human and Mega Man X. Where the main rider is a CEO of his company and the villains Rogue AIs hacked by a group hacker terrorists.

Lot of AI stuff, I see. Hopefully they're reasonably nuanced with it - which isn't impossible with their track record. Even Drive, which had a weird dedication to Roidmude extinction, did have a few sympathetic ones. Would not be at all surprised if we get an AI Rider at some point (we're already at 4/5?)

Confirmation Valkyrie is indeed female. Hopefully she gets a better deal than some of the previous female Riders, though multi-Rider shows tend to leave some out.

43 stuff: Goddamn Swartz. How vindictive are you that, to be recognized as the proper throne of whatever royal family stuff, you gave your sister amnesia and just dumped her off in the timeline where the guy even more insane than you are is basically the God-Emperor of Time and Eternity that is beloved by everyone. At least your motive was simply "political" as opposed to "any emotional", though I'd expect that part to happen within a few episodes.
Kaito is...well Kaito. Everything he did in this episode is pretty much him being anything goes at the moment. At this point he's basically Tsukasa's "on-again off-again boyfriend."
Hiryu's plot in this is eh since nothing really changed since 28 other than him knowing he's nothing more than a cog in the Swartz machine. So at this point he's the guy that gotta figure out what he is other than "blame everything on Sougo for being Sougo." Hoping if he ever shows up he doesn't go through the friendship route but the "we're not enemies but I'm sure as damn well not your friend" route.
Speaking of "God Emperor" Oma Zi-O, now I want to know if the theory of him being related to Tsukuyomi and Swartz is true or he's simply an anomaly among Sougo's future potentials who happens to be a royally insane time master.

Hiryu having more appearances somehow makes him more obviously a pawn. It was not hard at all to push him into hating Sougo and he was a strong fighter before Swartz got proper combat powers.
Lot of people predicted Swartz being Another Decade but I'm not a fan of that suit. Another Drive looks kinda cool though.

I think this is as much sense as we're getting. Secretly a royal from another timeline, wants to get power and be king himself. Maybe destroy some worlds while he's at it

You think he'd showed up by now considering he shows up most of the time whenever Dikeido pops up.

They're being quite harsh on speculative troping right now; if the work is unreleased, every entry needs a citation (in this case, the trailer or maybe poster). Leaks and word of god aren't allowed, so anything that was in the toy catalog but not the trailer is classed as speculative. See Creating a Work Page for an Upcoming Work and if you want to discuss it, this thread.
Scans already show what appears to be a Mid-Season Upgrade for him and the secondary Rider. It looks way less clean, but I guess it can't be helped.
