^ I actually don't know, I've never found one in all my time as a troper. A cool tip, though is that when you bullet something by starting it with *, and finish it with "/ /" (no space), without a space between that paragraph and the next, then it continues to use the indent. If that helps any...

Done.
- Name: Wayfaring Snapshot Reaper, formerly Bilge-Rat Vahana.
- Exaltation: Chosen of the Neverborn, Midnight Caste.
- Anima: A ghostly black-tinged skeleton weeping blood and dressed in the rags and broad-brimmed hat of a scarecrow sits in lotus position, bearing sharpened farm implements and grain in each of its thousand bony hands. Its spine juts out of its back and is raised straight up, forming a featureless black flag on one side that blots out either sun or moon, and a keen-bladed blue-edged scythe on the other.
- Motivation: To find a way to free souls from soulsteel, to lead his fellows out of the clutches of the Silver Prince, to find a way to become the Bodhissatva that the Silver Prince claimed to be, to develop a style of martial arts, to find the balance between the living and the dead.
- Intimacies: Silver Prince (pity, sorry, hatred), Skullstone (love, regret), Tiger of Strings and Shades (old friend), Shadow Scar Smuggler (former mentor, former ally) Black Goat of A Thousand Deadly Chuckles (former best friend, sorrow, regret, wistfulness).
- Resonance: Branding and Stigmata.
- Appearance: Reaper is thin young man of medium with a slight build, ash-grey skin, large buck teeth, short and spiky black hair, and black-in-yellow eyes. He commonly wears a ragged black buff coat with a dusty patched cloak, his hood almost always raised above his head.
- Personality: Reaper is a constantly angry, loud, and abrasive person, constantly insulting others in his screeching loud voice. Nervous energy, rage, frustration, and self-loathing fills his entire core. He especially hates himself for a large number of reasons, and can be seen pounding his head against a tree whenever he gets frustrated. Reaper is has an extremely foul-mouthed, impatient, and black-humored way with others, which does not earn him many friends. In spite of this, Reaper is deeply compassionate and empathic, going to great lengths to help who he can, often pulling their fat out of the fire and swearing at them for being so stupid. Owing to his linguistic studies under the Silver Prince's nemissaries, Reaper is able to swear in many languages fluently, but favors Middleland tongue.
- History: Reaper was once Bilge-Rat Vahana, born to a family of Coral sailors (on a ship, no less). His family kept mostly to themselves, and often served in trading vessels to Skullstone. When Vahana was two years old, the grain surplus trading fleet was attacked by Lintha, and his uncles, brothers, and father fought for their lives only to be deprived of them. Hiding in a crabapple barrel, Vahana was spared through oversight. The ship was set adrift, and eventually it ran aground on Darkmist Isle. The ship was taken apart for the wood, and upon finding Vahana in the barrel, the beggared foreign immigrants took him in.
- Vahana was taken into the foreigner's quarters, and lived in a small house with twenty others, some laborers, some beggars, and some whores. Vahana grew quickly, becoming quick with finger and swift on feet, and soon founded a gang of street-urchins known as the Bone Runners, taking their name from the small change they stole from Skullstone citizens, the skull-printed masks that they wore, and their swiftness. The Bone Runners were lead by Vahana, Shiera Kan, a lively girl from Wavecrest, and Tahngris, a low-born Skullstone pauper. Together, they evaded the watch, laughed, played, and fought other urchins.
- Eventually, the fun had to end. The Bone Runners were eventually caught, arrested, and brought before the Ministry. Instead of being forcibly adopted however, Vahana, Shiera, and Tahngris found themselves in the company of one of the Silver Prince's Deathknights, the Day Caste Shadow Scar Smuggler. Scar was one of the Silver Prince's forays into innovation, thinking to place one of his people deep into the Coral underworld to manipulate into his whim. As such, Scar was still in training, and was intrigued by the tenacity, boldness, and intelligence of the young thieves, and took them in as his pupils.
- The former Bone-Runners turned out to be promising students in everything Scar put them to, such as melee combat, stealth, and manipulation. He taught them how to steal, how to fight, how to appear innocent, how to appear dangerous, and how to be the perfect criminals. Only Vahana learned slowly in combat, but showed talent in performance, language studies, and being convincing. Within several years, Scar presented the Silver Prince with his three pupils. The Silver Prince added Shiera and Tahngris to the lists of potential Deathknight candidates, and instructed Scar to keep Vahana as his assistant and to give him introductory instruction in other subjects, such as martial arts and socialization.
- It was a few years later that the Fallen Wolf of the Cutting Sea attacked Darkmist Isle. Working with a full black circle of other renegade Abyssals, the Wolf's Dusk and Daybreak allies drew the Silver Prince's attention with a ragtag fleet of ghosts, mercenaries, and angered storm mothers while the Wolf and his Day and Moonshadow comrades snuck into the fortress to destroy the Silver Prince's Monstrances. The Wolf was successful enough to destroy five Monstrances and deeply wound the Silver Prince, but he and his fellows were slain by the Silver Prince before he could destroy his own. The Silver Prince suppress information of the fate of the Monstrances (which made Vahana suspicious), and was severely punished by his Neverborn master.
- The mysterious attack aroused a deep and incurable curiosity in Vahana, and began to gather information, interview the staff, and spy on the Silver Prince. It was during these investigations that Vahana discovered the fate of almost all the ghosts in Skullstone: to be sucked into a Neverborn artifact and converted into Soulsteel for the Silver Prince's war machine, instead of the blessed afterlife or reincarnation that the Bodhissatva preached.
- Startled by this discovery, Vahana lost his concentration and made his presence known. Attempting to escape, Vahana was stabbed through the heart by Scar, his own teacher. Lying in the sands, Vahana was beginning to bleed to death before he heard a whisper in his ear. The whisper said that the Boddhissatva's lies could be made true, and promised power, purpose, and life renewed to help him make it so. Vahana agreed, and was exalted under the Black Sun, becoming the Wayfaring Snapshot Reaper. Vahana, using his new abilities, stole a ship and headed for the North. The Silver Prince learned of this, and quickly exalted Shiera and Tahngris, turning them into the Dusk Caste Tiger of Strings and the Day Caste Shades and the Black Goat of a Thousand Deadly Chuckles respectively, and sent them forth to hunt down Reaper and bring him back alive.
- Since then, Vahana has been running from his former friends, running from the Realm, running from the Deathlords, and running from himself. Iropia seems like an interesting place to run to.
- Benefits: Vahana is not suited for extended combat, his style of combat involving dancing fast and swiftly out of harm's way and striking back in return. Thus, Vahana has high Dexterity, Strength, Charisma, Intelligence and Wits. He is skilled in Athletics, Awareness, Dodge, Melee combat, Performance, Presence, Stealth, and Sail, and as such has a few charms in each ability. He is also highly skilled in Martial Arts, but as of yet knows only several mortal styles (such as Shadow Jumper Style that uses smaller hand-held blades as form weapons and the Black Blade Whirlwind Style that uses large scythes as its form weapon), but as of yet knows no supernatural martial arts.
- Vahana is equipped with a soulsteel sickle, a collapsible soulsteel scythe known as Blacktooth that has the ability to flip its blade upright to serve as a polearm, and a simple buff-jacket reinforced in a makeshift fashion with a soulsteel hauberk. Memories of the First Age has let him discover a First Age dinghy and an ancient orichalcum artifact, which allows him to take ghostly after-images of things that eerily mimic its subject.
- Vahana possesses the Fleet of Foot, Common Sense, Jack of All Trades, and Signature Style merits, as well as the Wanted, Nightmares, and Unlucky flaws.
