If the title is the problem just holler and ask for a title change. Giving the mods what you want it changed to would be excellent, so we don't have to try to guess. And anyone can already do that, not just the OP. And it really doesn't take long to change a title if we know what to change it to.

So, I inspired myself to this suggestion/question through this
post. First, some background: that conversation is one, started by Bobby, on how to improve the (I would think this is the primary issue) derail problems in OTC. So, I thought, if the conversation is limited only by the OP, why can't the OP just go back and edit his/her first post, so as to widen the discussion?
Then I realized, yeah, they can do that, but the title will be the same. So, I was wondering, would a possible idea be to allow the OP to change the title to widen discussion, rather than flooding the board with somewhat-related but still off-topic enough to warrant it threads?
