I have to admit that I've been bored with Toby lately due to his lack of content. I also haven't been able to watch his LPs of serious games because he goofs off so much. Oh, well, I suppose everyone moves on.
"It's Occam's Shuriken! If the answer is elusive, never rule out ninjas!"I noticed quite a few people on twitter either saying that sounded like something Toby would do or coming out with their own harassment stories. I'm inclined to believe all this actually happened.
I'm a bit too pessimistic to believe this would actually make Toby's popularity take a hit or anything like that, though, unless all this goes to court or something.
but HOW?His popularity? Hmm. His output of content has been on a serious decline for over a year now; note that this controversy is a two-month bump on top of another one-month bump. I'm not going to take a position on this little mess, but I'm not crying bitter fanboy tears over the dethroning of an idol.

"It's Occam's Shuriken! If the answer is elusive, never rule out ninjas!"My main problem with this is that people on You Tube (particularly in the comments section) seem to have already decided that he's guilty. I've never been a fan of his, but I think the way people are treating this story is in poor taste.
At this point, there's no proof, only allegations. And it seems like his life could be ruined over these allegations even if they are false.
I am NOT saying that he shouldn't be held accountable for his actions, just that people shouldn't start Internet lynch mobs without concrete proof
He who fights bronies should see to itthat he himself does not become a brony. And if you gaze for long into an abyss, Pinkie Pie gazes AlsoUpdate: he uploaded a video denying the allegations. http://youtu.be/MiCJG8Q2Uds
Oh, the court of public opinion.
I honestly find myself more skeptical than I otherwise might be, in things like this, out of spite, at the whole, assumption of guilt thing?
But I don't really care, I guess. I haven't deigned to look into it at all, and I haven't watched any of his videos in a long time.
I just hope, in an abstract sense, that if he's innocent, this blows over; and that if he's not, some actual proof surfaces.
Mostly does better things now. Key word mostly. Writes things, but you'll never find them. Or you can ask.According to some comments on You Tube, the tumblr post about "the truth about tobuscus " is just a recap of an episode of Jessica Jones with the names changed.
Pathetic. If you are going to ruin someone's life with false accusations, at least don't rip off someone else's script.

Voice how when I first read that tumblr post linked here I thought it was a joke.
I mean, a bad one, in poor taste, that I stopped reading at the start,
But a joke.

Wow, this thread has been dead for ages. Toby was on last night's episode of Law & Order: Special Victims Unit, playing an announcer for a live gaming tournament. Pretty good!
I don't have a legal clip that I can link to, although Toby does mention it in his vlog
.
