Not anymore. I misspelled the "Series" and the Avatar link is borked, don't know whether by bug or on purpose. Here is a full URL:
https://tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pmwiki.php/Main/AvatarAndTheAirbendingFellowshipOfVampireSlayers
^ Remove the "- " bit from the URL. Also should be accessible by the redirect AATAFOVS.

Odd, I found the page for Avatar And The Airbending Fellowship Of Vampire Slayers easily after a site search.
Reminder: Offscreen Villainy does not count towards Complete Monster.Ah, it's too long for the forum parser to let it be one word.
I'm in favor of putting such things under "Just for Fun," myself.
Infinite Tree: an experimental story![]()
It is linked normally from the wiki itself. Must be a forum bug/feature...
Go ahead and put them on the TRS, too. I am for a move if all TV Tropes-original works get moved, so that future generations of tropers know that troping is Serious Business with rigid content policies. :)

Yeah, the forum parser is somewhat different from the wiki one. One of the differences is handling large words, including urls.

Diagonalizing The Matrix
@Stratadrake: We just had that discussion a few days ago on wiki talk (regarding roleplaying sessions), and seem to have reached about the same conclusion.

Apparently I am adorable, but my GF is my #1 Groupie. (Avatar by Dreki-K)No idea where you guys got the idea that stuff like Avatar And The Airbending Fellowship Of Vampire Slayers is not for the wiki. It is.
You guys calling stuff like that 'lies' is just weird. It's fiction. It happens to be generated by tropers. It is being being published here.
Goal: Clear, Concise and Witty
Diagonalizing The Matrix
The Avatar-thing actually exists somewhere for people to read. I suppose that counts as a reason to keep it in main (though the description could be a little more generous in letting people in on the joke). Nobody was accusing it of anything, as far as I can tell. TV Tropes The Webcomic has no such excuse.

Pretentious quote || In-joke from fandom you've never heard of || Shameless self-promotion || Something weird you'll habituate to^ You are referring to episode recaps? How is this for an excuse, then: Recap.TV Tropes The Webcomic?
Diagonalizing The Matrix
That's not the actual work. That's a supposed "recap" which is actually a humorous run-down of TV Tropes history. That's a different thing from the work actually being there to be read, which is supposedly true for the Avatar-thing (I didn't look into it myself- taking Eddie's word for that).

Pretentious quote || In-joke from fandom you've never heard of || Shameless self-promotion || Something weird you'll habituate toYeah, looking at AATAFOVS, I'd really like it if TV Tropes The Webcomic were more like that.
Infinite Tree: an experimental story"TV Tropes The Webcomic" is not a "humorous rundown" of this site's history but a series of alphabetically sorted trope examples from a webcomic that reimagines some of this site's lingo and significant events but doesn't really exist.
But TVTTW is not AATAFOVS...

Diagonalizing The Matrix
Fictional novels usually introduce themselves as such, rather than pretend to describe something real (Dan Brown notwithstanding), as a courtesy to people who like to know whether what they're reading about is real or not. We ought to do the same.
I was talking about the link you gave to "recaps" as proof that TV Tropes The Webcomic actually exists.

Pretentious quote || In-joke from fandom you've never heard of || Shameless self-promotion || Something weird you'll habituate toFirst, I wasn't posting the recap of TVTTW to prove the webcomic exists. I was posting it to prove that a story exists. It is no more "proof" of TVTTW's existence than AATAFOVS's recaps are "proof" of its existence as a TV show and yet nobody dragged it to TRS for being a non-existing work on the mainspace yet.
Secondly, I am aware of several examples of novels not presenting themselves as such in any other way than being published, from the well-established Literary Agent Hypothesis, to the experimental works like House Of Leaves.
^^^I was mostly referring to the fact that AATAFOVS has a much more in-depth recap.
Infinite Tree: an experimental storyOh, I don't think they should be treated differently either.
I do kinda feel like there should be a "BTW, this page is the work" disclaimer somewhere, though. Maybe spoilertagged or something.
