Not Quite Batman
The name made it sound old-school and Tex Avery-inspired (y'know, Screwy Squirrel and all), but in reality it's... really bland. Really bland.
Can you give us the links, also on semptember 2nd, a website called totally tooned in will get episodes
http://s1.zetaboards.com/Conceptual_Evolution/ http://sagan4.com/forum/index.phpEddie Valiant Jr, if you're looking for something Tex-Avery-Like then you've come to the wrong place. I like my humor dialogue based, thankyouverymuch.
truteal, the best versions are here: http://www.56.com/u71/v_NjIzMjE1NzI.html
, http://www.56.com/u61/v_NjIzMjI3OTQ.html#video_comment
, http://www.56.com/u14/v_NjIzMjM4OTE.html#video_comment
, but you can also find two of these episodes chopped up on watchcartoononline. Also, totally tooned in is getting them? Hell yes!
Wait...based on the Melanie watt books? I read those things just a year or so ago (long story), this doesn't seem anything like those at all. Granted, there's only so much one can gleam from a combined 90 seconds. But still.
Birthright: an original web novel about Dragons, the Burdens of Leadership, and Mangoes.Just watched the 3 episodes than Shannon posted and it's good, but I prefer Spliced, Sidekick and Almost Naked Animals

Not Quite Batman
Holly balls, Shannon, really? I should have known better than to compete with your nuanced and clearly superior style of cartoon humor, then! I hope someday I'll be as grown-up as you.
@ Freezair: I laughed.
Ok, so I watched the show, giving it a go, and you know what? This show is really, REALLY, boring. It is paced waaay to slow, the jokes are dull, and the characters are unoriginal. I'm giving it two more months before it gets pulled off the air.
YOU! OBEY THE FIST!I saw the one where Scaredy won't go on the roller-coaster (goodness that sounds embarrassingly cliche just typing it out!) and I thought that same thing! "If this were on a more self-aware show, like Family Guy, they'd push through this in five seconds!" You don't need any elaboration with his excuses for how to avoid the roller-coaster!
The sad thing is, the old 'Scared to go on a roller coaster' IS a cliche in cartoons now. It's been done to death, really/
Which brings up another point with the problems with this show: The plots are rather overused. Like, for instance, there was an episode were Scardy goes to a rather cruel Paddle-ball camp. Wow, the main character getting stuck/being tricked into going to a Boot camp, that's never been done before!
YOU! OBEY THE FIST!Canada, Bro, I love ya, but please put some effort into the quality of your cartoons! You're already beating us Yanks in the pants in the industry as it is!
Hey, we do have some good cartoons! Or...well, we did. I'll admit, I haven't been paying much attention to what comes from where lately.

Cartoon Network's latest import from the great white north (Spliced isn't good enough for them
