He responded by slightly staggering his walk. The fact his tie had loosened only helped the look. Putting on the Scottish accent was perhaps unnecesary, but to be inconspicuous you need to be conspicuous and there was little less likely than a Scot. He walked directly over to one of the operatives, not of course, trusting anyone not to be a spy themselves.
"What do you want? I'm going to.... I... uh, I..."
Curse the ill fortune that led you to me.At a moment's notice, he had a couple of Glocks pointing at him. In a heavily accented English, the lead of the three operatives barked: "Put your hands at the back of your head and fucking kneel so we can cuff you!"

You exist because we allow it and you will end because we demand it.Unfortunately, Mike's reaction wasn't enough to keep the SWAT suppressed: Lietenant Becky Eastwood received a burst of machinegun fire.
The Thai ambassador cowered on the ground in abject panic, while bullets flew on every direction.

You exist because we allow it and you will end because we demand it.Mike was treated to an uninterrupted stream of Russian profanity about 15 seconds long. "Dammit, who's been hit?", Igor asked.
Rebecca wasn't looking good: She had three 7,62-sized holes in the torso, all of them bleeding profusely. Without immediate medical attention, she wouldn't survive twenty minutes.

You exist because we allow it and you will end because we demand it.Brianna snapped, grabbed the Thai ambassador by the neck and started openly smashing his face against a table, breaking his nose
"I'm going to fuckin' kill this fatass unless you fuckin' freeze, you bloody Thai bastards!", she yelled, kneeing the guy in the nuts from behind while she was at it.
The SB guys stopped shooting for a couple of seconds. That should gave the team an opening.
Igor's voice came through the comms dead serious: "Except for the hostage, take no prisoners and give no quarter.", Igor ordered.

You exist because we allow it and you will end because we demand it."There's an armored van with SB guys in there... I want you to blow it up: It's satchel charge season.", Jade said, delivering the coordinates to him. "Everyone's lined up for evac, and you're cleared already: Get the Hell outta Dodge as soon as you total that van."

You exist because we allow it and you will end because we demand it."Got you loud and clear."
He grabbed one of the charges he strangely enough had in his car, packed it in his (bulletproof) laptop case along with a remote detonator and closed the door to the car. He checked carefully that the plainclothes he had seen earlier were gone, and then walked across the entrance towards the van.
Curse the ill fortune that led you to me.Voerman's voice was heard through the comms. "Hang on, we're getting there straight away!", the helicopter pilot said.
Marie seized the comm: "I need sitrep and target confirmation.", she said. "Where are the hostiles?"
The helicopter moved at full speed through the skies of the city. They approached the Hilton: Marie smirked, staring at the gunner's terminal with predatory eyes. She launched an air-to-air missile against the Thai cops' chopper, vaporizing it. Voerman pressed a couple of buttons and the door opened, allowing the Korean machinegunner clear view the roof.

You exist because we allow it and you will end because we demand it."Stay down, beautiful." Mike said before he saw Shinji approaching his position. "You're injured and the others are trying to make the penthouse secure." He went on his radio to tell Marie that there may be some hostiles still alive outside the Presidential Suite.
"Glad you made it." Mike told Shinji. "I trust negotiations failed?"
Shinji nodded.
Kyung Ah had been waiting a while to get into the action, but when you were support you had to be radioed in a lot of the time. At least when you'd been detailed to fly in a chopper to provide that support. She'd much rather be on the ground with her LMG providing direct support, but there were a few things about the chopper that were nice. Seeing that police heli vaporize was one of them. The ex-KPA gunner could always appreciate superior firepower after all. On the way over she'd been listening to some music she'd missed as a child - 80s hair metal; Twisted Sister's 'We're Not Gonna Take it' still blared into her right ear as the pod remained planted there. The left pod dangled down her chest as she found herself with a number of targets to choose from.
"Don't worry kids, mom's here!" she shouted with glee as she targeted the first enemy and prepared to fire.

Avatar from: http://x0whitelily0x.livejournal.com/5953.html N: 5 F, 0/40 SThe Korean gunner managed to put four bullets on a Thai cop's back. Being shot at from two fronts and deprived of an escape route, the SB guys promptly yielded. However, Marie utterly lacked the instinct to stop shooting when the enemy yields: Rather, she tested her new point'n click interface on her gunner's terminal. She pressed on a target, and the Shipunov machinegun mowed it down.
"No fucking quarter for the pìgs!", she yelled through the radio. "Here comes the Slaughterhouse!", she joked, tapping on the dots on her screen that represented SB cops.

You exist because we allow it and you will end because we demand it.Crash somehow managed to trip over his own feet, and even better managed to not notice himself dropping his briefcase under the SB van. He fell straight to the floor, although he was back up to his feet.
"I'm OK!"
He turned back and headed for his vehicle and spoke down his radio.
"Firecracker's in place."
Curse the ill fortune that led you to me.

The mercenaries were hopelessly outgunned: The Thai machinegunner started spraying fire all over the room, while the others took position.
Mike only managed to put one of their enemies out: Any way out of the mess relied on using the Ambassador as a human shield until the Hind arrived.
