Welcome to the main discussion thread for the Marvel Cinematic Universe! This pinned post is here to establish some basic guidelines. All of the Media Forum rules
still apply.
- This thread is for talking about the live-action films, TV shows, animated works, and related content that use the Marvel brand, currently owned by Disney.
- While mild digressions are okay, discussion of the comic books should go in this thread
. Extended digressions may be thumped as off-topic.
- Spoilers for new releases should not be discussed without spoiler tagging for at least two weeks. Rather, each title should have a dedicated thread where that sort of conversation is held. We can mention new releases in a general sense, but please be courteous to people who don't want to be spoiled.
If you're posting tagged spoilers, make sure that the film or series is clearly identified outside the spoiler tagging. People need to know what will be spoiled before they choose to read the post.

Nothing explicit but the carving that everyone injected with the alien juice has been doing are actually a 3d map of a city. And the city of Attilan is the main location of the Inhumans.
Forever liveblogging the AvengersAll we know about Skye is that her dad is apparently not quite human and that she has non-human DNA compatible with the Kree blood, which once again fits since the Kree were the ones who made the Inhumans.
All the stuff with Raina talking about how her grandmother told her fairytales of her people and how she's obsessed with the concept of evolution all point this direction as well. Especially since in the first season finale she asked the Clairvoyant "What will I become?"

Where did you hear this?
Granted, there is some Word of God out there about Feige saying specifically that Quicksilver and Scarlet Witch wouldn't be Inhumans that I wouldn't be surprised got exaggerated into "Feige doesn't want to use the Inhumans" somewhere along the grapevine.
The internet is rather like a giant game of Telephone sometimes.

(Looks up Daniel Bruhl)
Very prestigious resume. I see he was in Goodbye Lenin.
Not to engage in stereotypes, but seeing as he's German, I wonder if he will be one of HYDRA's... unreconstructed members.
Edit, edit, edit, edit the wiki
We'll see.
I mean, you could say the same about Thomas Kretschmann...but playing Nazi's and Wehrmacht is kinda half his vita! :P
"You can reply to this Message!"He was also a German WWII sniper esteemed by the Nazis in Inglourious Basterds. And he raced against Thor in Rush.

Grimms tales are arguably easy to give Adaptation Expansion to because of their basic structure and the way their themes are portrayed. Beauty And The Beast is another one that hits most of the points of its original story and just adds a bunch of stuff on top of it.
