Welcome to the main discussion thread for the Marvel Cinematic Universe! This pinned post is here to establish some basic guidelines. All of the Media Forum rules
still apply.
- This thread is for talking about the live-action films, TV shows, animated works, and related content that use the Marvel brand, currently owned by Disney.
- While mild digressions are okay, discussion of the comic books should go in this thread
. Extended digressions may be thumped as off-topic.
- Spoilers for new releases should not be discussed without spoiler tagging for at least two weeks. Rather, each title should have a dedicated thread where that sort of conversation is held. We can mention new releases in a general sense, but please be courteous to people who don't want to be spoiled.
If you're posting tagged spoilers, make sure that the film or series is clearly identified outside the spoiler tagging. People need to know what will be spoiled before they choose to read the post.

"HULK DOESN'T LIKE BUGMAN MAKING FUN OF HULK!! HULK SMASH!!!"
I assure you, I'm perfectly trustable personYou wouldn't happen to be a source for that would you?
Can't find a excerpt, but it's from the book Marvel Comics: The Untold Story.
Here's a interview
where Gerry Conway is more polite regarding the reasoning of the original clone saga. It was a direct response to fans asking for Gwen back and Stan Lee putting pressure on him to do so. In the book is revealed he received death threats for killing Gwen.
A notable example off the top of my head, End of Evangelion has a couple real life photos mixed into the film towards the end. They show piles of letters in an office and graffiti on the walls outside of the studio, all telling the animators to kill themselves.

Well we got the X-Men now so a whole lotta wealth there.
Its funny thinking about it especially with how Batman The Brave and The Bold excellently portrayed a massive roster of DC characters, but the whole Fox-ban really did gimp the company because it prevented them from using a truly massive roster of characters.
You actually can make a Wolverine: The Brave and The Bold version where Logan teams up with various Mutants and other characters related to the X-franchise.
"I am Alpharius. This is a lie."Assuming that Echo spinoff series happens, I could see him in there as a supporting character.
Possibly, although I don't know if the idea that these two would just cross paths/know each other just because they are both Native American is all that sound.
I genuinely don't know enough about the two characters to know of they are from the same general geographic background let alone their tribal background.
"These 'no-nonsense' solutions of yours just don't hold water in a complex world of jet-powered apes and time travel."

When you're mad at Spider-Man, you gotta be green.
