Welcome to the main discussion thread for the Marvel Cinematic Universe! This pinned post is here to establish some basic guidelines. All of the Media Forum rules
still apply.
- This thread is for talking about the live-action films, TV shows, animated works, and related content that use the Marvel brand, currently owned by Disney.
- While mild digressions are okay, discussion of the comic books should go in this thread
. Extended digressions may be thumped as off-topic.
- Spoilers for new releases should not be discussed without spoiler tagging for at least two weeks. Rather, each title should have a dedicated thread where that sort of conversation is held. We can mention new releases in a general sense, but please be courteous to people who don't want to be spoiled.
If you're posting tagged spoilers, make sure that the film or series is clearly identified outside the spoiler tagging. People need to know what will be spoiled before they choose to read the post.

Yep.
Honestly I'm looking forward to the Disney+ shows more than the movies at this point.
This song needs more love. When I saw the She-Hulk logo, I was like "WHAT WHAT WHAT WHAT WHAT?!" ![]()

I thought they couldn't use her because Universal!
And Darcy from the Thor movies is coming to Wanda Vision?
WHAT WHAT WHAT WHAT WHAT ![]()

Also, Moon Knight for Disney+?! How about that? We still don't know who's playing him, right?
Yeah, I think I’ll take a break from raging about Spider-Man after all. They'll work something out. No wants to go lose-lose.
SHE-HULK?! HOLY SHIT! I thought there was issues with making movies/shows with her because of Universal? Whatever, I'm just glad she's getting a show!
Dammit, between this and Ms. Marvel and Falcon and the Winter Soldier, I really might end up having to get Disney+ huh?
When we're done, there won't be anything left.About She-Hulk: Never in my life have I needed something so much and never known until I received it.
The legend has returned.Wow, Disney knew what they where doing demanding that new deal.
You lost spider-who? Who cares... bring me Ms. Marvel!!! Moon Knight!!! Give me some She-Hulk!!!!
Sony just lost any bargaining chip with this announcement. I wouldn't blame them if they don't give Spider-man back to the MCU. They would be extremely pety, but at least would loose with some dignity and doing some little damege to the Juggernaut that is being Disney amd Marvel right now.
...why does it feel like they really are just gonna toss Spidey out.
With everything they have coming, they don't really need him anymore do they?
Everyone's worried that Sony will more than likely half-ass their efforts with the web crawler, which is probably not that great because A) audience will KNOW it's not an MCU adventure and B) there's still those rumors that Sony will lose their film and TV divisions later down the line.
Plus, there's still that flipping cliffhanger in FFH...

Dudes and dudettes, we just got spider-Man holding the infinite gauntlet while gwtting a ride from Mjolnir trown by Cap freaking Amwrica and latter by a pegasus to a time machine in a van that plays "La Cucaracha".
That I'm sad that the MCU lost Spider-Man? Yes, I am. But we got incredible things while he was there, and we well continue to recieve more even if he's not there anymore.
I know is sad, but all we can do is be optimist until we heard news of the deal, and in the worse scenerio, be prepared to move on.

Ms. Marvel will need The Inventor.
Not sure about Moon Knight, maybe the thugs that left Marc for dead?
She-Hulk's enemies will be Sony's lawyers.

Gimme the jolly green lawyer show!
Probably unlikely that we'll be seeing Hellcat's friendship with Jen considering how Trish ended up on Jessica Jones but I'll take what I can get...
