Welcome to the main discussion thread for the Marvel Cinematic Universe! This pinned post is here to establish some basic guidelines. All of the Media Forum rules
still apply.
- This thread is for talking about the live-action films, TV shows, animated works, and related content that use the Marvel brand, currently owned by Disney.
- While mild digressions are okay, discussion of the comic books should go in this thread
. Extended digressions may be thumped as off-topic.
- Spoilers for new releases should not be discussed without spoiler tagging for at least two weeks. Rather, each title should have a dedicated thread where that sort of conversation is held. We can mention new releases in a general sense, but please be courteous to people who don't want to be spoiled.
If you're posting tagged spoilers, make sure that the film or series is clearly identified outside the spoiler tagging. People need to know what will be spoiled before they choose to read the post.

Yeah, that's unlikely. I don't know if Wanda and Pietro ever really lost their grudge against Stark.
The latter died before it was addressed and with the former it was ignored.
One Strip! One Strip! If he still alive, the story could develop his character, make him get over his grudge with Tony and inspired to be a hero thank to Tony. this in turn lead to his joining with Tony during Civil War and have to fight his sister, who still have a huge grudge against Tony.
E.T technically is a Isekai movieIf anything Wanda got more grudge against Tony after he put her under house arrest for blowing up some bystanders
Edit: I’ll only say that when the MCU has trouble developing the characters it does have, adding another one doesn’t necessarily mean that he’d get satisfactory development in any case

Forever liveblogging the AvengersWhen we last saw Wanda, she was on a team of heroes specifically railing against Tony's control after Tony put her in jail, albeit while playing Romeo and Juliet with Tony's robot.
She died like a day later, without ever seeing Tony again until at a distance at the final battle of Endgame. So the grudge should still be there, yeah. He and Cap made up, but not everyone got the chance to.

Wanda, after the final battle: "Oh thank god he's dead I MEAN OH NO GREAT TRAGEDY TO THE WORRRRLD"
Forever liveblogging the Avengers"Wanda for the sake of decency stop it"
"ITS MY CULTURE"
"Really. You're really going to claim that dancing on graves is your culture?"
"Specifically dancing on specifically Tony Stark's grave is a proud Sokovian tradition dating back several years"
".............. I'm going to check wikipedia."
Maybe they'll bring Quicksilver back from the dead in Wanda Vision
Only if Multiverse of Madness is referring to a multiverse in the "Earth-616, Earth-1610, Earth-199999, etc." sense.
Given that it's a Dr. Strange film and is supposed to feature Nightmare, I think it's more likely they're referring to a multiverse in the "Dark Dimension, Mephisto's Realm, Avalon, etc." sense. Dr. Strange is probably going to be interacting with eldritch creatures from beyond time and space, not Cowboy Iron Man and a Wolverine who is also Captain America.

My Tumblr. Currently side-by-side liveblogging Digimon Adventure, sub vs dub.Mr Sunday Movies' breakdown of Marvel's SDCC offerings.

I just watch a video about Plot Twist and at the end she talk about if Quicksilver didn't die in Age of Ultron and how it could lead to more interesting plot point and character moment.
- If Quicksilver was still alive, he would be in Civil War and there a possibility he have to fight his sister.
- His sister got snap in Infinity War and how he have to deal with that.
- He can even fill the role of someone who look up to Tony rather than Peter.
- He can confront Hawkeye during his vigilantly time due to both of them have lost their family.
