Welcome to the main discussion thread for the Marvel Cinematic Universe! This pinned post is here to establish some basic guidelines. All of the Media Forum rules
still apply.
- This thread is for talking about the live-action films, TV shows, animated works, and related content that use the Marvel brand, currently owned by Disney.
- While mild digressions are okay, discussion of the comic books should go in this thread
. Extended digressions may be thumped as off-topic.
- Spoilers for new releases should not be discussed without spoiler tagging for at least two weeks. Rather, each title should have a dedicated thread where that sort of conversation is held. We can mention new releases in a general sense, but please be courteous to people who don't want to be spoiled.
If you're posting tagged spoilers, make sure that the film or series is clearly identified outside the spoiler tagging. People need to know what will be spoiled before they choose to read the post.

Just Makima.Yeahhhh I saw an interview with the writers
about that and now I wanna slap someone.
Any info about it?
Is it going to be Blaze? Continue on with AOS’ Robbie Reyes?
Forever liveblogging the AvengersTwo more Marvel shows for Hulu: Ghost Rider and Helstrom
. SHIELD's producer Paul Zbyszewski is working on both series, so it's probably definitely using Gabriel Luna as Robbie Reyes. EDIT: Yep, Gabriel Luna is still playing Robbie.
If this is leading to a Midnight Sons mini-series, I will lose my shit.
These two shows definitely sound like they are more R-rated — and I doubt that Disney wants a show based on the comic "Son of Satan" part of Disney+.

No its still the same guy from Ao S.
Nice. Funny enough, I was actually thinking about a Ghost Rider show a couple days ago.
The article says it's a "different iteration," which I just think means that you can watch the show without watching Agents of SHIELD first. For some reason, Marvel TV really hates using the word "spin-off."
I highly doubt that they are doing a completely different version of the character, 1) because Paul Zbyszewski, one of the writers for AOS, is also an EP on Ghost Rider and 2) because it just wouldn't make any sense.

So you would think watching some interviews with the cast of Endgame before the movie came out would be interesting and funny seeing how they were trying to keep things under wraps (Except Ruffalo because he sucks at not spoilering).
And it is. I love the interviews and how most of the questions are about things they can answer. I also love the Renner-Rudd romance.
But for some reason Youtube now decides to suggest videos bashing Brie Larson. Why? I just watched interviews and she is not that bad. I swear this dumb algorithm
Uni cat
Because one of the talking points is that the interviews "proof" that the cast hates Brie Larson.
Honestly, it is difficult to NOT end up with their vids in the feed if you watch ANYTHING Captain Marvel or Brie Larson related. And that sucks if you are a Captain Marvel fan. You are basically getting bombarded with hatred of the thing you love.
I'm not sure about the technical details, but the YouTube algorithm is promoting "anti-SJW" videos alongside other Marvel-related videos. This could just be the fact that YT can't tell the difference between pro- and con- as long as the videos have something to do with the MCU, or it could be intentional manipulation by the supporters of these arseholes.
"It's Occam's Shuriken! If the answer is elusive, never rule out ninjas!"

He lost me at Dark Knight.
That damn movie is WAY overrated.
His crack at "proper parenting" was just icing on the cake.
