Welcome to the main discussion thread for the Marvel Cinematic Universe! This pinned post is here to establish some basic guidelines. All of the Media Forum rules
still apply.
- This thread is for talking about the live-action films, TV shows, animated works, and related content that use the Marvel brand, currently owned by Disney.
- While mild digressions are okay, discussion of the comic books should go in this thread
. Extended digressions may be thumped as off-topic.
- Spoilers for new releases should not be discussed without spoiler tagging for at least two weeks. Rather, each title should have a dedicated thread where that sort of conversation is held. We can mention new releases in a general sense, but please be courteous to people who don't want to be spoiled.
If you're posting tagged spoilers, make sure that the film or series is clearly identified outside the spoiler tagging. People need to know what will be spoiled before they choose to read the post.

Last minute random thing, but something I’ve always wanted to see from an MCU movie set decades in the past.
We should see, like, kid Monica watching Saturday morning cartoons at some point. And on the screen, we see a blip of a Captain America tv show. With an even cheesier “Star Spangled Man” as the theme song.
There’s no way in hell Cap didnt have at least one tv show and several movies made about him in the time people thought he was dead.
I don't know about that. It feel like classic Netflix super hero show, which means 90% of talking and introspection and 10% of not exactly good action ( even though it's not Netflix irc).
It got really good atmosphere, but it was too slow imho. I would watch 2nd season.

I would have loved to watch it today, but first a web seminar was thrown at me and while I was hoping/considering managing to find the time anyway, the car of my brother in law broke down, and I had to interrupt my work to help him, so, yeah, guess Monday is it....
