Welcome to the main discussion thread for the Marvel Cinematic Universe! This pinned post is here to establish some basic guidelines. All of the Media Forum rules
still apply.
- This thread is for talking about the live-action films, TV shows, animated works, and related content that use the Marvel brand, currently owned by Disney.
- While mild digressions are okay, discussion of the comic books should go in this thread
. Extended digressions may be thumped as off-topic.
- Spoilers for new releases should not be discussed without spoiler tagging for at least two weeks. Rather, each title should have a dedicated thread where that sort of conversation is held. We can mention new releases in a general sense, but please be courteous to people who don't want to be spoiled.
If you're posting tagged spoilers, make sure that the film or series is clearly identified outside the spoiler tagging. People need to know what will be spoiled before they choose to read the post.

Avengers: Thunderbolts
Hah! You thought it couldn't possibly work in the Thunderbolts because the film still has to deal with the aftermath of the Snap! Well, you're absolutely right! Prepare for a confusing and unpleasant mess of a film that single-handedly squanders all the good-will Marvel has built up over 10 years as the Russo's go crazy and try to stuff as much as possible in this one movie.

I remember reading somewhere that the Russos brothers said that the title was said in a marvel movie before.
Calling it now, the title is Avengers: Ahh my nipples
Well, one thing for sure, if the very first teaser doesn't contain the words "if we can't protect the earth, we will damn sure avenge it", then the marketing team of Disney doesn't know how to do their job.
You know, they really don't have to offer much...just the picture of all those beloved characters falling apart into dust, those words and the title. We would all be extremely excited and spend the next month about the title alone.
Slightly more serious title speculation: I saw something, somewhere that said something about "Eternal Avengers". I didn't put any stock into since I never saw anything about it here (this thread is where I get all my Marvel news), but I think it would be appropriate for a last Avengers movie. Especially if there's time travel involved.
Loki show, Loki show, we're gonna get a Loki show.
I'm holding out hope for a Kid Loki show (with Hiddleston playing the mental devil on his shoulder), but I'm not sure if they are willing to do that.
If he returns in A4 I'm honestly losing a lot of faith in the Russos. Thanos unceremoniously snapping Loki like a twig in the first few minutes of Infinity War was one of the best creative choices of the movie.
"All you Fascists bound to lose."
