Welcome to the main discussion thread for the Marvel Cinematic Universe! This pinned post is here to establish some basic guidelines. All of the Media Forum rules
still apply.
- This thread is for talking about the live-action films, TV shows, animated works, and related content that use the Marvel brand, currently owned by Disney.
- While mild digressions are okay, discussion of the comic books should go in this thread
. Extended digressions may be thumped as off-topic.
- Spoilers for new releases should not be discussed without spoiler tagging for at least two weeks. Rather, each title should have a dedicated thread where that sort of conversation is held. We can mention new releases in a general sense, but please be courteous to people who don't want to be spoiled.
If you're posting tagged spoilers, make sure that the film or series is clearly identified outside the spoiler tagging. People need to know what will be spoiled before they choose to read the post.

I'm sure we get it soon...Marvel has gotten into the habit of spreading out announcement. This way they get more attention than they would if they dropped all of it at comic con. The will most likely let us digest the news we got for a while (you know, second season of Cloak and Dagger, some Ao S announcements, and whatever the other studios dropped) and then drop the title in a lull.
It is, but they wanted to move away from the blatant Movie Multipack feel
That'd be funny if it was like book Hobbit and a character barely introduced ends up killing Thanos.
Like, I'd say Hawkeye because of arrows but he's been vaguely important in other movies so thats not unimportant enough.
So instead they introduce moon knight and one of his moonerangs ends up in Thanos forehead and he dies and the rest of the movie is squabbling over who gets the Infinity Gems with the heroes being pricks about it.
Forever liveblogging the AvengersNobody is untouchable friend.
Especially not someone named Pushover.
You won't even know what hit you.
And now, for something completely different.
...So how many people do you think will punch Tony in the face when he gets back?
One Strip! One Strip!I'm only a pushover in terms of being easily impressed by movies and tv shows. If we're talking Real Life, well... this is the internet. I'm literally untouchable.
Not sure why Tony needs a punch in the face this time.
He's Tony Stark, that's why.
For the things he's done, the things people think he's done, and things he would never do but he gets blamed for anyway, and even because he's there, Tony will always need a punch in the face.
I'm mostly joking here.
One Strip! One Strip!

That wasn't a spoiler, and people had guessed it pretty much the second Thanos showed up.
Writing a post-post apocalypse LitRPG on RR. Also fanfic stuff.
