Welcome to the main discussion thread for the Marvel Cinematic Universe! This pinned post is here to establish some basic guidelines. All of the Media Forum rules
still apply.
- This thread is for talking about the live-action films, TV shows, animated works, and related content that use the Marvel brand, currently owned by Disney.
- While mild digressions are okay, discussion of the comic books should go in this thread
. Extended digressions may be thumped as off-topic.
- Spoilers for new releases should not be discussed without spoiler tagging for at least two weeks. Rather, each title should have a dedicated thread where that sort of conversation is held. We can mention new releases in a general sense, but please be courteous to people who don't want to be spoiled.
If you're posting tagged spoilers, make sure that the film or series is clearly identified outside the spoiler tagging. People need to know what will be spoiled before they choose to read the post.

belongs to the hurricane
The latter is what I would guess. Not necessarily that they're adapting the Oath in a more direct sense, just material they used as reference for depicting Strange's background and personality.
Take with a grain of salt because Faraci has been wrong on things before, but according to him the lack of movie-TV interconnectivity
is not by choice.
That's a wrap.
They'll probably do some reshoots later.

Already posted. It's the store where he posted with The Oath.

And this is one of the reasons why BC is so incredible popular with fans:
Doctor Strange shot, with a kamen rider photoshopped in.
Jesus, just...just Benedict in that outfit. Even if he just stands there doing nothing in that outfit, it would make me laugh. ![]()
How should we know? There are more things which are shaped like a stick and you might carry on your back, including an actual stick. For all we know it's an Umbrella. After all, you never know how the weather in New York is.
On other news, there is a rumour that the Stand-alone Spider-man movie will be called "Spider-man: Homecoming". I was first wtf, but then I realized how clever that would be if they really want to do basically a teen drama.
Hot Toys Ant-Man
who for some reason looks like Ben Affleck.

Another pic-spam. There are a few new ones sprinkled inbetween.
And the Sherlock Fandom is getting excited: http://sherlock.boardhost.com/viewtopic.php?pid=252680#p252680
