Welcome to the main discussion thread for the Marvel Cinematic Universe! This pinned post is here to establish some basic guidelines. All of the Media Forum rules
still apply.
- This thread is for talking about the live-action films, TV shows, animated works, and related content that use the Marvel brand, currently owned by Disney.
- While mild digressions are okay, discussion of the comic books should go in this thread
. Extended digressions may be thumped as off-topic.
- Spoilers for new releases should not be discussed without spoiler tagging for at least two weeks. Rather, each title should have a dedicated thread where that sort of conversation is held. We can mention new releases in a general sense, but please be courteous to people who don't want to be spoiled.
If you're posting tagged spoilers, make sure that the film or series is clearly identified outside the spoiler tagging. People need to know what will be spoiled before they choose to read the post.

I think she was in some film about a guy who gets tortured by the government because he planted a nuclear bomb in some city.
Edit: Yeah, it was called Unthinkable
.

She was the main villain in that miserable Silent Hill movie sequel but that information is probably never going to be featured in the upper parts of her resume. The bit she had in last year's Pompeii is probably the most high profile thing she's done in a while.
Ant-Man apparently had the second-best opening weekend
for any Marvel movie in China, after Avengers: Age of Ultron.
This part is pretty interesting too.
Brühl said it's not out of the question that Zemo could return for future movies.
"There's a possibility," said the actor. "That's the way it's written."
Either Zemo survives, or they Never Found the Body in a way that isn't necessarily final.
Also, it gives a bit of information about what the Accords are apparently about.

That's good to hear. As for the mask I feel like if they did go with it we'd end up with a WTH, Costuming Department?.

I have mixed feelings about removing the mask. On one hand I understand why they did it (I mean, the idea of a guy with a mask stuck to his face because of an adhesive chemical would sound rather silly in real life). On the other, I fear this might prevent him from having a recognizable, iconic look... Oh, well, we'll see I guess.

She was the mom in that Shia Labeuf remake of Rear Window. I just remember going "Oh hey that tied up woman is Trinity!"
