Welcome to the main discussion thread for the Marvel Cinematic Universe! This pinned post is here to establish some basic guidelines. All of the Media Forum rules
still apply.
- This thread is for talking about the live-action films, TV shows, animated works, and related content that use the Marvel brand, currently owned by Disney.
- While mild digressions are okay, discussion of the comic books should go in this thread
. Extended digressions may be thumped as off-topic.
- Spoilers for new releases should not be discussed without spoiler tagging for at least two weeks. Rather, each title should have a dedicated thread where that sort of conversation is held. We can mention new releases in a general sense, but please be courteous to people who don't want to be spoiled.
If you're posting tagged spoilers, make sure that the film or series is clearly identified outside the spoiler tagging. People need to know what will be spoiled before they choose to read the post.

Someone said Thor is boring. This is why http://comiczine-fa.com/features/why-is-thor-boring
. In live action he is nowhere near as Narmistic and a lot more fun similar to Herelces. I think they did a good of job of justifying his power level

I'm kind of excited that this film will be a "cosmic road trip", meaning Thor will likely be running into new MCU characters on the galactic side of things (Beta Ray Bill seems all the more likely now), but on the flip side it means that Asgard and any potential Thor rogues or allies we have yet to see may get utterly glanced over if even that. Still though, can't wait to see what they show off.
The final stretch of Dubsmash War.
Team SHIELD was leading by 5K for a week, but Hayley is rallying the Peggy Army
and Team Carter is closing the gap! It all ends this midnight.
Considering that Ao S has a larger audience, Team Carter does really well...I think they deserve the win, because of all the details they put into their videos. Especially the second one. I mean, Lola, Stan Lee and Peggy in a Rosie the Riveter Outfit? Hard to beat THAT. But I guess Ao S might take it...
Lol for Haley including her audience in the fun. She is really awesome.
So I've been a little behind on this thread, but has Hulk being in Thor Ragnarok been confirmed?

One Strip! One Strip!Re: the Dubsmash. Apparently, James D'Arcy does a fantastic dance to "The Final Countdown
," which Hayley is now calling "D'arcing." So she is retweeting others D'arcing and then when donations get high enough, she is doing it and getting other actors. Here is Hayley
D'arcing and Enver
D'arcing.
Here
is a recap video with an extra behind the scenes. Apparently, Maurissa Tancharoen choreographed the last dance for Team SHIELD, which makes sense because she used to be in the girl band Pretty in Pink
(totally not kidding).

It's also possible that Thor is trying to track the infinity stones quietly, Bruce already knows about them and that they're appearing, plus he's both worked with the mind stone (to make Ultron) and tracked the space stone (avengers one). On top of that he's someone who needs to get away and can hold his own fine amongst the super beings that Thor tends to run into.
