Welcome to the main discussion thread for the Marvel Cinematic Universe! This pinned post is here to establish some basic guidelines. All of the Media Forum rules
still apply.
- This thread is for talking about the live-action films, TV shows, animated works, and related content that use the Marvel brand, currently owned by Disney.
- While mild digressions are okay, discussion of the comic books should go in this thread
. Extended digressions may be thumped as off-topic.
- Spoilers for new releases should not be discussed without spoiler tagging for at least two weeks. Rather, each title should have a dedicated thread where that sort of conversation is held. We can mention new releases in a general sense, but please be courteous to people who don't want to be spoiled.
If you're posting tagged spoilers, make sure that the film or series is clearly identified outside the spoiler tagging. People need to know what will be spoiled before they choose to read the post.

He's referring to the second topic in that article. After it's done talking about Batman, they talk to the actor portraying Crossbones in Civil War.
"It's funny because people really responded to it — it went viral, trended [like crazy], so I've been getting phone calls," said Grillo. "Crossbones is a violent, violent villain in these series. And I finally feel I've been understood now. I feel complete; [people] get me."
The actor confirmed that he's completed filming on the movie, at least for now. "My part of it is down here in Atlanta, but I think they are going off to Berlin for a little while," said Grillo. Even if he's wrapped on "Civil War," Grillo made sure to tease future Crossbones appearances.
It's probably bigger than that since they've been shooting on sound stages as well. The outdoor scenes the public are privy to are usually a small portion of the actual filming.
Ant-Man dodges bullets in new poster

At least two of those bullets are actually going to hit him.
He'll probably be fine, though, as they appear to have been fired by one of the Portal turrets' spring-loaded bullet launchers rather than an actual gun. The ones that get 65% more bullet per bullet by firing the WHOLE bullet.

My Tumblr. Currently side-by-side liveblogging Digimon Adventure, sub vs dub.No, wait, those are properly fired bullets, I'm stupid.
They're still going to hit him, though.
My Tumblr. Currently side-by-side liveblogging Digimon Adventure, sub vs dub.I am offended that the poster is visible.
It should be too small to make out.
Forever liveblogging the AvengersOh right, that was the first poster.

Or someone haphazardly copy/pasting bullets onto the poster to make it look more intense without paying much attention to those bullets' trajectories.

My Tumblr. Currently side-by-side liveblogging Digimon Adventure, sub vs dub. Those are definitely tiny-ass bullets. More evidence that someone just haphazardly copy-pasted a bullet all over the image.
My Tumblr. Currently side-by-side liveblogging Digimon Adventure, sub vs dub.I've always wanted Ant-Man to have a Not So Harmless moment by bringing Army Ants
to a battle.
Jesus, that woman would make an AMAZING Blind Al.
...
Back on point, yeah, I could see her as the Ancient One.
