Except Chess is a tabletop game. How about any controller? Like an NES controller or something.
Quest 64 threadChess is not a Tabletop Game. Or at least not what we class there.
That said, they're talking about moving the icon from the Game/ namespace (a controller) and replacing it with a chesspiece so they can move the controller to the Video Game/ namespace.
Reality is that, which when you stop believing in it, doesn't go away. -Philip K. DickWell, what kinds of games are there? I've been under the impression that there's Table Top Game and Video Game and that's it. Plain Game was an old Namespace wasn't it?
Fight smart, not fair.I always thought Board Games and Tabletop Games were grouped together. I didn't know Tabletop was meant for the Pen and Paper games(and others) instead. My bad.
But yeah, a controller is more apparent it's a video game. And the NES controller is very easy to create an icon for, and is pretty iconic.
Quest 64 threadGame/ is for things that don't fit into either of the other two like Collectible Card Games and Arkham Horror.

Quest 64 threadJust the controller on Game/ The new ones, Tabletop Game/ and Videogame/ are fairly new and were split when we started name spacing everything and there were big collisions with things like Pokemon.

The Game/ namespace has a controller for an icon, but as many games are being moved to VideoGame/ pages, I feel the icon should be swapped.
I'm on the internet. My arguments are invalid.
