Teridax looked round at Garland, Archer, Saren and the others who where trying to stop the fight.
He shook his head with dismay.
When will they ever learn?
Teridax began to trudge towards the shrine without anyone's invitation, He reckoned that he could take on whatever happens when he hits the shrine.
Rey rolled his eyes, then put his fingers to his mouth, letting out a piercing whistle, at the same time tapping into just enough of his power to change his voice again, carefully keeping it under control.
"Listen up! We don't need to be starting violence amongst ourselves! There will be plenty provided for us soon enough! What we should be doing right now is preparing ourselves, learning how best we can fight as a unit, and saving our strength!"
Easing back into life one step at a timeGarland nodded towards Saren, a grunt of approval indicating appreciation at the creatures brutal honesty. He then turned to Scorpion, and settled into a battle stance.
"Very well, a spar of pure swordplay. I won't change my weapon's shape, and I won't use magic."
A society grows great when old men plant trees whose shade they know they will never sit in.As the various beings attempted to examine or enter the shrine, the now-familiar noise of some long-forgotten piece of machinery grinding to life began once more. "Why'd you have to do that?" exclaimed Roadbuster, breaking off his conversation from Grey as he realized what was going on. "Bugger it," he said, crouching down once more as to avoid any potential discomforrt during the next shift in scenery.

"Well, Garland," said Scorpion, "we may as well take this opportunity to train." The ninja stashed away his axe and unsheathed his ninjato. "How about a swordfight to first blood?"
