What would be the point? If a trope being subverted ends up in becoming a trope of its own, it is noted in both trope pages anyway. Otherwise, just list "This Trope: Subverted when". So long as it's not that "partially/brutally/apparently/probably/redundantly/horribly/funnily subverted" crap, there's no problem with that.

Generally, opposite tropes should be listed in the "related tropes" paragraph at the end of the description.

I'm not sure if this should go here or elsewhere, but it's somewhat related to systems like the Pitch Generator, Story Generator and the like.
There I was, thinking up some fanfiction ideas, when a sudden flash of inspiration struck me. What if there was a generator, or some kind of system, on this very site, where you could put in one trope or several, push the button, and it would instantly locate their exact, precise, complete and total OPPOSITE? It could be useful in creating fiction where something is subverted or contrasted, or where something is turned on its' head. You could just enter it in, find its exact opposite trope, and enter that trope on whatever page you're making for the fiction.
And a Strange Figure Emerges.
