Watch Symphogear
Over the course of the game, Julie and Nick will learn that the only reason why Nick is alive is because of the zombie-alien-dark-magic in the air, and that once the final boss is struck down and banished, Nick will cease to live.
It will be a suprisingly poinent moment for such a silly game.
Admittedly about fifty percent enlightenmentCaveman too.
Yeah, that'd be nice. Can't go wrong with a moment like that in such a stupid (in a good way), gory and satirical game.
9.0/10 score from Destructoid
.
And it's $59.99.

Jonah FalconFour/five hours is about the average time for a playthrough of Bayonetta… it took me one year to fully complete the game. So that means nothing.

Heh, so Lollipop Chainsaw get a pass from Jim Sterling for being only 4-5 hours long, but Asuras Wrath and Vanquish don't? Hmm.....
Watch SymphogearExcept it doesn't matter unless they are awesome.
All three of these are awesome, so no problem.
Watch SymphogearWell there are fundamental differences. From what's been said here Chainsaw focuses on replaying with unlockables and getting new unlockables. Asura's Wrath and Vanquish didn't really have these. Sure you could replay them but there wasn't any reason to.
And personally Asura's Wrath wasn't awesome, it was terrible. It was somehow more "MASH X TO WIN" then Heavy Rain.
Remember! Hyperbole is an exaggeration made for comedic effect, and shouldn't be taken literally!Except that was the point, and It's over the top instead of Heavy rain's realism (And there were unlockables). I like all three games because they were over the top and very animesque.
Watch SymphogearI wonder if I should get this game, if for no other reason than the names attached (Akira Yamaoka, Suda51).
Do not obey in advance.Bleh, Asura's Wrath was too gritty for my tastes. Something about overmuscled men screaming at eachother as they fire lazors of pure testosterone is a huge turn off to me.
But getting back on point:
Lollipop Chainsaw is a blast!~ Just made my way through the Stadium, and I only had too major hiccups so far (Grrrr baseball Grrrr). Going back to the Prologue with a beefed up Juliet was really satisfying, and it made me realise that other Super Zombies appear if you replay levels, which is kinda cool; it means it's completely impossible to grab everything in the first run-through.
I also like that the Gallery shows tidbits of boss zombie's lives~ You get nice art of every type of zombie you meet up with plus some ..... interesting info about them.... >w>'
