This. All the way. Technology makes any build overpowered. No exceptions.
Technology is a really nice item, but my favorite item for No Damage Runs is Transcendence/Lord Of The Pit.
Being able to fly over pits and rocks is perhaps the greatest defensive asset.
One of my few regrets about being born female is the inability to grow a handlebar mustache. -LandstanderI prefer Technology over Brimstone because if you have high firng speed or Number One + Spectral Tears you have an almost continual laser.
After the RNG decided to favor me and a battle with Gish I now have completly 100% completed the game
Until the DLC of course.
Well those two are most likely to appear in the item room so for them there is not much more than to use the D6, if you lack any of the followin items: My Little Unicorn 1-UP Bob's Rotten Head Teleport! We Need to Go Deeper Raw Liver Spider's Bite Transcendence Book of Belial
The best way to get them is rerolling the item of the secret room. And if you lack any of the following itemes
try to reroll in the devil room.
Apart from that you should just play and earlier or later you will get them all.
I have all of the items you said.
I figured out one that I don't have: the Razor Blade.
And I just got two of them now: Monster Manual and Book of Sin (apparently you have to use them, not just see them, in order for them to count.
So I just have left:
- Dr. Fetus
- Mom's Contacts
(EDIT: Those are the two I have left. Got Robo-Baby and Razor Blade on my last game.)

The DLC is expected to be available in Steam in some minutes. Well it will aparently be released in two more hours.

Yes it is but some new items are quite good. There are also at least three new items that allows you to fly funny enough I got the three of them in one run (dead dove, holy grial and the new pony).
I just lost to Mom, in the Womb Utero 1 XL.
The Blue Candle is awesome and glitched (probably) to only some seconds to recharge.

Also, holy shit. It's so easy to get so OP in this. Prayer card can easily be one of the most overpowered items if you have the right setup. Unlimited heart containers every few rooms? Yes, please!
Also Technology 2. Holy shit, technology 2.
Oh, by the way, beware if you get a Curse of Labyrinth on Depths and Necropolis. If your first boss fight is with Mom on those floors with that curse, just restart the game. You won't be able to fight the 2nd boss because Mom's room doesn't have any doors in it afterwards.

You got some dirt on you. Here's some more!I just bought this game a couple of days ago (for four times as much as it costs on Steam, but yay artbook), and I've noticed something very odd... I'm not getting achievements. At first I had though, "Oh, it must just be that this game's achievements are hard to get", but when I read through them I became certain that I should have at least a few by now, as I have unlocked three characters already, as well as beaten Mom once.
Okay, I just went through it with the expansion. The last level was WIERD. A cathedral? And the True Final Boss is ISAAC? (Who happened to die very quickly) The fuck?
Anyone who assigns themselves loads of character tropes is someone to be worried about.![]()
The achievements are weird.
Chances are, you'll start playing the game a few days later and get like 9 of them at once. It happened to me.
