Yaay, Goliath won :D Not because of tactics, like I hoped, but due to superior resistance. I'm okay with this, too.
(As a side-note, I wonder if Goliath's resistance was a result of Disney requesting that visible blood and injuries be kept to a minimum)
The animation felt short. The characters didn't have large movesets to go through, either, so a lot could be left to the animator's creativity, too. In that respect, this felt like one of the early Season 1 episodes
Regarding the next one: As for Solid Snake, I'm thinking he'll go against Sam Fisher. Other candidates include Agent 47, Assassin's Creed protagonists... and pretty much plenty of secret agent characters. But I predict Sam

Can't think of anyone better, unless they do a third Batman match.
I can't wait to see them pit him against Mega Man or something because they were both Guest Fighters in Smash.

Edit: Video's down for now. The initial upload was missing text on one of Goliath's feat screens and there was no "FIGHT!" before the fight.

It was a pretty unimpressive fight.
I didn't know about the Howitzer thing, but that looks like an episode of The Goliath Chronicles, so I don't really trust it.
Anyway, I'm also curious as to who Snake will go up against.
One Strip! One Strip!
I see that. Apparently a bit of text was missing for the analysis. Oh yes, and the FIGHT! snippet
As a sidenote, Is it possible that Egoraptor voice Snake given his past history?

I now go by Graf von Tirol.
If that were the case they would have done that with Marvel and Star Wars properties in past episodes.
By the looks of it, it's the technical faults I mentioned. Seems a bit rushed...

I now go by Graf von Tirol. The actual fight sucked and was basically two minutes long, which is a shame given others this season. Also, Beast saying something he'd never say.
As for the result... sure, whatever.
The sad, REAL American dichotomy

Just finished watching...
HOLY SHIT! Goddamn, Goliath! Animation felt a bit phoned in this time, but hey, I can get behind the analysis
And Snake vs. Sam Fisher?
