Well, uh, huh. I don't think anyone here minds that outcome but that's gonna be a hell of a hot take... and explains why they did the fight.

How I feel about the result

Alright well...here's why.

Sasuke is faster due to light speed scaling and has better scaling, but Hiei's elemental resistances lets him withstand electrical attacks, and his fire immunity means Amaterasu wouldn't do anything. Hiei's Jagan gives him telekinesis and mental protection from Sasuke's Rinnegan and Sharingan attacks. Hiei's power was determined to be stronger than Sasuke. The Susanoo meteor feat is about 364 teratons of TNT, and the moon scaling with Naruto means he could withstand 27 exatons. Yusuke fighting Yomi made an explosion that did 285 zettatons. 21 zeroes compared to the 12 zeros in the meteor feat. Even half of it is 5000 times greater than Naruto destroying the moon. So yeah, they're putting YYH on planet level.

So DB still hates Sasuke's guts. Aight.

As for Drac, he's canonically the opposite of God. Some of his minions employ holy attacks on occasion, but I don't think the man himself does. Also, is this the classic Dracula or Lords of Shadow!Dracula?

Poor Ichigo, his one other matchup against Yusuke is now gonna end up even worse for him then his fight with Naruto did.

No real opinion on Sauce vs Hee, though I look forward to seeing "DEATH BATTLE SASUKE VS HIEI DEBUNKED" videos in my feed for a month.

Ganon Vs. Dracula, hell yeah! I've also wanted this one for ages. Bowser Vs. Ganon came out in that weird transitioning period of DB, so I'm incredibly interested to see them cover Ganondorf again. Though I'm pretty sure this is Drac's fight to win, I'd be stoked if they include armies in this fight, especially because the thing that got me and many others to want this fight was that amazing fan blog way back on the Screwattack site.

I was disappointed it was another Sprite battle at first but it ended up being pretty epic. They paid special attention to the world-endangering epic powers being thrown around.

OH yeah, next fight is a 3d one btw.

Getting serious, I wanted Sasuke to lose because he deserved to lose, and not due to any bias. It’s why Ezra vs Zoro was good beyond being a well animated fight (she lost due to Zoro being better), and why I was cool with Natsu beating Ace (he won because of his Lightning powers). It undermines their credibility if one dude wins due to nebulous reasoning.
