Omega has Zero's original body, but with the same psychopathic attitude of Maverick Zero.
Metal Sonic was only able to copy abilities in one game, IIRC, and he only did it after getting his butt whooped and having a moment to collect himself.
Zero and X only manage to copy abilities after subduing an enemy robot... unless the comics say otherwise.

I'M MR. MEESEEKS, LOOK AT ME!Zero has shown being able to copy some abilities, such as Dark Hold, Yammar Option and Guard Shell. Sometimes he copies a different technique than X does like copying The Skiver's afterimage technique with W-Shredder instead of his wind powers, or copying Optic Sunflower's Kill Sat laser. There are also at least some correlation with the bosses he defeats and what techniques he gets. Like when defeating a boss with certain element, his attack will have that kind of elemental property.
So basically he has a certain kind of copy abilities, but comparing them to X's is rather hard.
Only sometimes postsZero can outrun black hole attacks in Megaman X and in Zero, can fight dark elf weilders who can move at massively faster then light speed
Watch SymphogearI just came up with an idea for a Death Battle:
Majima Goro from Yakuza vs. Yuuki Terumi from BlazBlue.
I think that would make an fine battle, right?

Trans rights are human rights. TV Tropes is not a place for bigotry, cruelty, or dickishness, no matter who or their position."but with the same psychopathic attitude of Maverick Zero."
that would be original zero, sigma defeat zero which alot people to remove willy influnce while at the same times sigma get infected with the zero virus....
yeah, there is a huge amount of irony here.
"My Name is Bolt, Bolt Crank and I dont care if you believe or not"Its basd upon how most megaman Zero robots are stronger and faster then Lumine
from X8.
Those, like many other on that and similar sites, are very impressive calculations and hats off for that. But there is just one tiiiiiny tiny problem that may make 'em little bit unreliable: writers have no fucking clue how math works. Not to derogate good calculations, but they shouldn't be held on higher pedestial than common sense.
I'm not saying that calculations are bad. Just that it shouldn't be taken without scrutinity when numbers fail to add up with what's shown to actually happen. Math says that character moves four times the speed of light? Okay. Math says that character can move four times the speed of light yet fails to dodge bullets? Sorry to say, but your math is bullshit.
I call it "The Flash Syndrome" where the flash is able to run at physics and math-defying speed, supposedly has superhuman ability to percieve and process info. He can dodge lasers.
But if someone sticks a stick or a trip wire in front of him, or just extends a leg to trip him, he will fall for it 100% of the time. Seriously, Tripping over things people put in his way that he should easily dodge has foiled Flash more than Kryptonite has ever foiled Superman.

If we assume that bullets move faster or slower than in real life to preserve credibility of calculations, we ironically remove any and all possible credibility calculations may have. Let me put it this way - bullets in real life move in certain speed and way due to how physics affects them. If bullets act differently in fictional universe, it's safe to say that laws of physics affecting them are different. If we assume that certain laws of physics are different, then all of them could be different just as well. If there is no certainty on how physics work in fictional universe, we can't calculate characters' feats because reliable calculations require understanding of laws of physics.
