Donald Trump implies that the Clintons killed Vince Foster.
Presumptive Republican presidential nominee Donald Trump has doubts about the official version of events surrounding the 1993 suicide of a top aide to President Bill Clinton.
In a recent interview with The Washington Post, Trump called the circumstances of Vincent Foster’s death “very fishy.”
“He had intimate knowledge of what was going on,” Trump said of Foster’s relationship with the Clintons. “He knew everything that was going on and then all of a sudden he committed suicide.”
That is the wrong Back To The Future reference to use with Donald Trump. Trump is the explicit basis for Hell Valley!Biff Tannen. People are voting for the real life Biff Tannen to be our President.

Wizard Needs Food BadlyI almost have a hard time believing anyone could fall for such a transparent "I'm not saying it, but..." ploy. I'm even starting to think that he's not even trying fool anyone. He's just that much of a moron.

Once you look at the Open Secrets page, the notion that Clinton is a corporate shill becomes pretty much BS. What particularly bothers me is the degree to which her detractors, including Sanders, have tried to use her getting donations from people who work in various industries as evidence that she is bought and paid for by those industries. Her former Senate district was in New York. Of course she's getting donations from people who work on Wall Street. It's not the same thing as getting donations from the corporations themselves.
I mean, I work at Canadian Tire, as do many of my friends. I'm pretty good at convincing them of who to vote for or donate too. But even if all of us donated to our local Liberal or NDP candidate's campaign, that would not be the same thing as them being bought and paid for by Canadian Tire. Heck, even if my boss, who runs our local franchise, donated to them, it wouldn't be the same as receiving a donation from the corporation itself, or from its CEO or President.
It's the same thing here.

Hillary gets a lot of money though Super Pacs which leads to suspicion, especially among memebers of the far-left. On top of that, during her time as a Senator 3 of her 5 biggest contributes were big banks.[1]
So I get the concern.
That said, its worth remembering that Obama also took money from banks as a Senator.[2]
Plus, Trump has done nothing to show that he really cares about Wall Street corruption or money influencing the system.
Eleven states sue Obama over transgender bathroom directive.

Any group who acts like morons ironically will eventually find itself swamped by morons who think themselves to be in good company.Trump and Sanders, in the same room, exchanging ideas? *Shudder*
If a new Chaos god spawns because of this...

There's been some talk about it, but nothing has been set in stone.
I doubt Trump will do it. He gains nothing from debating Sanders.

Neither of them gain anything! Trump's going to be the nominee for his party, and Bernie won't be for his! Why is he being so stubborn?

If Sanders could definitively beat Trump in an debate, it could increase his chances of being Hillary's VP. That said if Sanders were to be destroyed by Trump, it would further marginalize his his already decreasing importance in this election. So it would be something of a gamble for him.
And once again I need to remind everyone, no actual plans have been made. Its all rhetoric and "maybes" at this point.

Trump doesn't officially have the nomination yet. Sanders is not likely to get the nomination of his party (and even if he does somehow, he doesn't have it yet). For them to engage with each other right now would be an exercise in egotism and little else. Worse still, in Sanders' case, it'll only inflame the crazier portions of his fanbase who would end up seeing what they want to see in the general election and turn even more petulant when they don't get it.
I hope it stays as empty rhetoric.

In my mind #BernieOrBust is to a large degree the demographic force that the trope Viewers Are Morons exists because - the people who really are not good at sound decision making. Same of the people who prefer Trump because Hillary is "untrustworthy" or the like.
"For a successful technology, reality must take precedence over public relations, for Nature cannot be fooled." - Richard Feynman
Although if the Trump/Sanders debate were to get really ugly, it could decrease the number of disaffected Sanders supporters who are willing to vote Trump.

If it did happen, that would be my hope for the outcome. I'd also hope it might show some of them that his supposedly higher ratings in a general election than Clinton are just that—supposed. Sanders has never been exposed to the full force of the Republican attack machine and he's not ready for it—especially in a year when the Republican candidate is even more insane than usual.
EDIT: Speaking of Trump and debates I hope Clinton's right about this

Seems like he's eager to dig up any old scandal he can so he doesn't have to answer questions about, say, his own qualifications. Or his very own scandals, of which there are many. Not that I think he's ashamed of them, but he's got to realize if using such things to make other people look bad than that could possibly backfire on him if someone gets in the mood to be just as vicious.
I mean, he's starting to sound like a broken record. He's not desperate yet but once the general start he'll probably get that way quick to keep the conversation on the things he wants.
