...eh, why not?
Well instead of based in anime/manga, it would make more sense (and legally possible) to narrow it to "Jump themed" or something. I can see a Jump theme park working in Japan.
Of course, this is only for Japan. Doubt it would work at all anywhere else. Maybe as a single section of a major park, but even that is doubtful.
Should have a "Cliche dating scenario" area where you bring the girl you're interested in and "strangers" will "accidentally" push the two of you into romantic but awkward situations.
Tumblr here.Maybe a Tunnel of Love based on Key Visual Arts works.
Saddest, Tunnel of love, ever.

Oh, I should have guessed. Evangelion aways was the series with the weirdest spin-offs and adaptations. Why not a theme park?
From the first shot, however, it seems to have a disappointing lack of themed attractions, which kinda defeat the point of having a theme park in the first place. At last the exposition is up to date with Rebuild.
I just looked up Evangelion World, and it seems that it's just an attraction in a normal amusement park.
And let's see...
- Naruto-There's a Ramen Ichiraku restaurant.
- Death Note-Maybe a haunted house.
- One Piece-A really tall roller coaster, called the Red Line.
- Dragon Ball-A roller coaster in the style of those Superman coasters.
- Fist Of The North Star-ATATATATATATATATATATA

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gFmGNqji4u0Apparently Universal Studios Japan is adding One Piece attrations. See
here.
They even made replicas of Whitebeard and Ace's graves!
GUNDAMU GUNDAMUIf it counts, there's the Ghibli Museum. It's less like a museum and more like a park with sculptures and stuff based on the films.
Don't mind me. I'm just a creepy little lurker.

Based on anime/manga. Do you think it would be possible?
