Done, the bastards dead, wound up filling him with all my throwing knives so a tiny scratch would kill him.

Now to start 2 at 11pm, work is not going to be fun tomorrow.

I like the full sync challenges since I usually end up doing self-imposed challenges anyway. Otherwise I would just steamroll everything in full combat since kill-chaining and insta-healing are pretty OP.

For example, ;ike all the Borgia towers I try to do as stealthy and with as few kills as possible, which always ends up with me taking like an entire day to scout the place and find routes and kill guards in strategic places for an escape route.

Except this one tower where the captain was just holed up in this little alcove and ran like a little bitch every time I set foot inside, so I just killed everyone there.

But anyway, yeah, full sync is kinda interesting because it makes me think a bit harder. And if something just has a goal that is almost unattainable on the first go, I won't bother. Like the Romulus timed missions where you have to know the exact route. Although it will irk me for the rest of the day that I'm not at 100%.

PS. regarding the apple: I haven't seen its effects, but maybe Ezio just can't use it to its full potential?

So the brotherhood credits...is voice 3 desmond? I'm having a hard time telling if it's him or not.

Is using "Julian Assange is a Hillary butt plug" an acceptable signature quote?

Brotherhood was probably one of the worst examples of Xen Syndrome I've ever seen. Once you get the apple its a set of poorly done Physic Power spams, a simple raid on a castle followed by an equally simple boss fight and the Desmond platforming sequences just felt like padding.

Do we know who was speaking at the very end of Brotherhood?

I heard it was probably that William M guy you hear from, time to time.

I bet my own face that the 'M' in his name stands for 'Miles' and he's Desmond's father. Because everyone needs daddy issues.

Unless his parents are dead, in which case nevermind.

In AC I he says he ran away from home as soon as he was old enough, but his parents raised him. He went back a few years later to find the place deserted.

So, any Genre Savvy player will probably realise they're out there somewhere.

Subject 16 being Desmond relative on Altiar 's side seems too easy, perhaps a distant cousin, or a branch before Altiar.

In other news the 3rd finger bent back would make a great gang sign.

Maybe the Assassins adopted it as a greeting or benediction? Like how the Templars all say "May the Father of Understanding Guide Us", an Assassin greets another by pulling his finger back and saying "Nothing is true." The other replies by pulling his own finger back in an identical gesture and saying "Everything is permitted."

I think it’s more likely to be a secret handshake, if you talk to someone and they are holding their hand with the 3rd pulled back (not up to their chest like Lucy did, just at their sides) you know it’s a fellow assassin. The formal greeting is awesome though.

The gesture you're looking for is "the shocker"

I won't explain why it's called "the shocker"

On the other hand, it must be pretty interesting being a female Assassin.

How do I get Disguise to work effectively?

Ok, after attempting to do the timed mission for the courtesan where her sister is poisoned or whatever, I've come to the conclusion that the designer behind all these timed missions never playtested their stuff.

If I'm not mistaken, it's actually Italian for "Fuck the Police".

See this thread? Legion just won it.

Anybody know how to get the last few faction mission to trigger? I have 68% on the contracts, 90% for the thieves and 70% for the courtesans. The last missions won't trigger. My sync is around 80%.

[up]I have no idea Wagrid. Did you achieve full synchro on all of them? Are you at the end of sequence 7? Have you talked to the quest givers again? Have you missed some of the quests — try changing the map so that the only markers showing are quest markers.

In other news, how do you hack the other email accounts?
