Saying you want to murder innocent people because you can't get your drug fix is crazy. I used to be all for the legalization of drugs until I saw how much they fucked with your mind. The Moral Guardians are right. Drugs do make people nuts.

"I don't know how I do it. I'm like the Mr. Bean of sex." -Drunkscriblerian^^^
Meh. People cite alcohol and tobacco on that note a lot too, I can turn into a mean son of a bitch without my nicotine, but I'd never kill somebody over it. Shit, it'd probably be for the best if they just banned it. The reason it's hard to quit the stuff is because it's so available.

Exactly. And with more and more drug-heads becoming violent, it's best if we start cracking down harder. I mean, Lulzsec straight out said that they were doing this, in part, to "terrorize communities fighting an unjust war on drugs".
correlation doesn't equal causation DG. I mean, jesus, your using the same arguments that were used for the alcohol prohibition.

Is using "Julian Assange is a Hillary butt plug" an acceptable signature quote?
Hey, I didn't used to think this way until I kept seeing proof that there is a correlation. Most anarchists cite drugs as their reason for their desire to hurt, maim, and kill innocent people and police. Look at what Lulzsec did. Look at what Savage Heathen advocates.
How can you tell me that this is normal?

"I don't know how I do it. I'm like the Mr. Bean of sex." -DrunkscriblerianI am loling amazingly at the person with a username based on the drug involved with over half the reported assaults in my country blaming pot.
Also zero understanding of all the requisite problems with the war on drugs, but that's niether here nor there.
"When you cut your finger, I do not bleed." Response of a man who lived on the outskirts of a concentration camp.@DG: considering theres just as many people who cite jesus, Allah, conservative values, liberal values, saving the animals, driving out foreigners, jews, blacks, or any other ridiculous reason for violent rhetoric? I'd say drugs are less a cause and more a convenient excuse to rally behind.
also like was sauid, Correlation is not causation.

well most anarchists are in their teens/early twenties and teens are also into experimenting with drugs and saying stupid shit so it doesn't really surprise me. It's just surprising that script kiddies like lulzsec are actually doing something that could endanger lives.
Is using "Julian Assange is a Hillary butt plug" an acceptable signature quote?@Snowman: But none of those alter your brain chemistry in unpredictable ways. How many people go insane when they ingest drugs? Ever see what PCP and meth do to people? Pot is no different, obviously, since there are thousands of people advocating violence and mass-murder to protect their ability to smoke it.
"I don't know how I do it. I'm like the Mr. Bean of sex." -DrunkscriblerianWhat, no. They mentioned the "war on drugs", which, again, causes many many more problems than idiot college students not being able to get high, as part of a larger attack. Stop oversimplifying, this is ridiculous.
[1] This facsimile operated in part by synAC.^ That. The war on drugs is basiclaly why the prisons are overcrowded and pumping out career criminals like mad because minor drug charges send you to prison anyhow.
and No DG, I've never met a drug addict. However, I've met enough drunks to know their brain chemistry is just as fried and dangerious.
@Blueharp: Good thing I don't like cough syrup then. Otherwise I'd be just like the junkies that hold up pharmacies to get the good stuff.
@Tzetze: No, I'm sick of hearing about drug-addled minds spouting vitrol towards hard-working cops and Border Patrol. I'm tired of hearing how stoners just want to kill all the cops. I would gladly trade some of my personal freedoms to get those people off the streets and safely into jail cells where they belong. I used to be for drug legalization until Savage Heathen and Lulzsec opened my eyes as to just how dangerous that would be.
@Midgetsnowman: I've been assaulted by more druggies than drunks. I had multiple druggies pull weapons or become physical when I was closing the store at night. We got robbed so many times.

"I don't know how I do it. I'm like the Mr. Bean of sex." -DrunkscriblerianI'm going to rectify my position on this one: Lulzsec fucked up, majorly, and they shouldn't have published addresses. They're endangering civilians, and that's wrong.
The Screw with our privacy? Lose YOUR privacy idea was good on paper and in principle, but the execution sucked in practice.

You exist because we allow it and you will end because we demand it.What the hell are you talking about! You have no indication that Lulzsec has anything to do with drugs besides them mentioning the drug war, and now you're saying that they're all PCP addicts or something!
[1] This facsimile operated in part by synAC.Are you kidding? Have you not heard people frame the war on drugs as a war on urban blacks before? Just for a start.

Also, rehab doesn't last forever. Eventually it would be over, and I'd be back on weed.
