"OK. For a Sniper Rifle you're going to want something compact and fast, yet powerful. With that in mind I'd recommend the DSR-1
; the FROGS used it during the Liquid Sun incident so there should be plenty knocking around in there. It's a bullpup bolt-action sniper rifle, chambered in a variety of calibers; in this case .300 Winchester. As for the "BFG", I think you're best with the M60E4
; served the US Military from Vietnam to Desert Storm and beyond, and the favoured support weapon of the PMCs."
As soon as Deadshot finished speaking, the static faded to reveal a red-haired young woman in a US Army uniform.
"Hi."

"Yup. That tasted purple.""Acknowledged. I'll stash all of them in my cardboard box."
Jackal then saw the image of a redhead flicker onto his Codec's screen. Becca?! He closed his eyes and shook his head. No... Not her... He cleared his throat. "Hi..."

Give the world the best you have and you will get kicked in the teeth. Give the world the best you have anyway."Jackal! Two frogs are coming up behind you" called Apollo, causing Jackal to whip around, shock removing the emotion. But there was nothing there, Apollo had just given him an emotional slap, having seen the raw emotion threaten his face. "A trick I picked up in the field. Focus, Jackal. Now, Overwatch here knows pretty much everything about... everything" he explained, taking some papers from someone offscreen. "She will explain how things work, and save your game as well" he added.
Inspirational quote against powerful image of nature. He didn't kill me...
Zarakava groaned as he watched the ninja walk away. He was beginning to get a little dizzy.
Putting his hand to his ear he called Madnar.
"Sir. The ninja got away... I'm hurt pretty bad... send help..."
He broke contact and ripped off part of his shirt. Zarakava tied a strip of fabric across his arm to act as a tourniquet. When he finished applying it, he leaned back against the wall and waited.
Madnar had gotten some Frogs to carry a cycle machine from the gym, and was busy going on two miles when Zarakava called him, requesting help. He paused in his cycling and looked for Red Alert. The porn had vanished from his computer, but thanks to the hack the AI had needed longer to reboot.
"Red Alert, what the hell happened?" he demanded angrily, and then shook his head. "No, forget it, I don't want to hear your excuses. Go help out Zarakava, who is currently dying. We don't need any more setbacks" ordered Madnar, closing the link and jumping off the bike.
He had a psycho ninja running amok on his ship; this was unacceptable. "The intruder has cybernetic armour that can repel bullets. Switch to heavy weapons. I'm talking rocket launchers, RP Gs and anything that will blow him apart" he demanded, and then went to the Frogs in front of him. "I need a Militech TB-R right now. One of you go get it, bring it back, with batteries" explained Madnar, and walked back into the room. He had to enter a meditative state.
Inspirational quote against powerful image of nature."Yes, sir," Red responded. The connection abruptly closed. She frowned slightly. I can't let anything like that happen again... If I see the ninja, I'll kill it myself. She zeroed in on Zarakava's Codec frequency and called him. "I'll be there in a moment. Just hang tight."
Jackal, having recovered from his uncharacteristic emotion, replied, "140.96. Got it. Can you save my mission data now?"

Give the world the best you have and you will get kicked in the teeth. Give the world the best you have anyway. In the meantime, Madnar had taken his gun and was assembling. It was square and computerized, with a strap that went over his shoulder. It was shaped like a rifle but with a gigantic barrel. He slotted in some square batteries, and carefully slotted in other things. He shut it with a click, set it, and shouldered it.
The Militech TB-R. He had taken down a bunch of tanks with this before. If he saw the ninja, he'd send him into the next life screaming in pain.
Inspirational quote against powerful image of nature.Foxfire was nearly smacking her head against the terminal.
"Stupid machine!" she hissed. "No, I don't want to review protocol! Just-" then, she remembered something.
There's no way this is going to work.
She hit control, alt, delete.
"Wow... it worked..."
Free from the endless looping of random messages that seemed as effective a defense against unauthorized access as what she'd been sent to do, she proceded to lock down the terminal.
"Thank god..." she sighed.
"Sir, the terminal is locked down. What now?"

It's kind of funny. Sufficiently advanced stupidity is like sufficiently advanced science; eventually, you find something you can't solve."I'll be there in a moment. Just hang on tight."
Those words filled Zarakava's head as he struggled to maintain consciousness. Trying to keep himself awake, he picked up the pieces of his sword and inspected the damage.
His sword had shattered into three parts, but the overall damage didn't seem to bad. Well, if he was a blacksmith. All in all, his worldview wasn't very optimistic.
I'm going to get that ninja. I don't care if I kill myself in the process, but he's mine.... he's mine.
Something caught his attention from the wreckage of the Octon. Zarakava dragged himself over to it, and picked it up. It was blue, with hints of red.
It's a part of his suit... maybe we can use this against him...
Exhausted by the effort, Zarakava laid down, fighting back the darkness.
That's it? No inspirational quotes? "Thanks." Jackal closed the connection and gathered up the SCAR-H for the moment. I doubt I can carry all of these weapons and still be stealthy. He folded the box and slid it under his body armor. But I'll take this along, just in case.
Alright. Time to get my head back in the game. He checked his rifle and slowly opened the door to the armory.
Red found Zarakava lying face-down by the remains of the Octon. I hope I'm not too late... She opened her medkit and pulled out some bandages and painkillers. "Stay with me. I'm not a field medic, but I'll do what I can." She gave Zarakava a light tap on the cheek, attempting to bring him back to conciousness.
Give the world the best you have and you will get kicked in the teeth. Give the world the best you have anyway."Stay with me.."
Zarakava's mind worked itself back into consciousness as Red worked on his wound.
"It's not very deep, you'll be fine in a day or so. It does look you've lost a lot of blood though. We'll need to get you to the infirmary soon."
"Thank you. I found this in the wreckage. Get it to Madnar as soon as you can..."
Zarakava passed her the fragment of the ninja's suit.
"Protect it. It needs an hour to become fully operational. AL has powered up finally, so has AR. AG, yours, needs to combine the first two and then AM will be ready. AG is especially crucial at this time, as it's controlling quite a bit of our plans" explained Madnar in AR's control room. Perhaps he should have gone to AM, but he knew that Mantis was the strongest under his command, if not the most loyal.
He needed people, but two of them could stab him in the back. Madnar sighed, and sat down, working out a plot to handle everyone.
Inspirational quote against powerful image of nature."Great. Guard duty with some ninja freak around." She drew her sidearm, chambered a round, and swapped magazines. It never hurts to have one extra bullet in you gun. Worse comes to worse, you can use it on yourself.
It's kind of funny. Sufficiently advanced stupidity is like sufficiently advanced science; eventually, you find something you can't solve.A visualization technique taught to him by a shaman allowed him to think about multiple subjects at once. In his mind, Madnar pictured the Ninja intruder, his New Zanzibar members, himself, the Frogs and the Octons. Lines were drawn, and it didn't make sense.
This ninja was random, and had no goal. If someone was sent in, then they would have more class, be focused on taking out his AI. They were no secret, considering three of them had been adapted from GW, JD, TR and the other AI used in Liquid Ocelot's plans. But the ninja didn't seem to care.
A curious problem.
Inspirational quote against powerful image of nature.Red took the shred of the ninja's suit and shoved it in one of her pockets, then slung Zarakava's arm over her shoulder and, with a little effort, picked him up. This is the second time today I saved your can. You owe me. She chuckled to herself, then said. "Don't worry. I'll get you to the infirmary, then I'll head right to Madnar." He'll know what to do about the ninja.
Jackal made sure to pick up couple of chaff granades on his way out of the armory. He made a mental mark of the location of the armory since he knew that he'd have to come here again. But for now, his target was the AL control room.
The halls were not quite large enough to dash by an enemy if he happend to see one. He kept an eye on his radar, and hoped to himself that he wouldn't get surrounded. A couple of FROGs could ventalate him in no time if he wasn't careful...
Then there was the other intruder to worry about. He doubted that they were on the same side, even if their objectives were similar.
He made his way down the hall. This looks like the personnel quarters. There doesn't seem to be anyone here though. They must all be looking for the intruder. He stopped at a lounge, and not noticing anyone inside, slipped in. He didn't notice anything useful inside, simply some discarded magazines and foam cups. He also noticed that there was a TV hung in one of the corners. It was currently tuned to a news channel.

Give the world the best you have and you will get kicked in the teeth. Give the world the best you have anyway.Knowing how to take out everyone on his side, and the ninja, Madnar stood up and heard a chime come through the room. "AR at 80 percent completion. Full global has been established" it echoed enigmatically, but Madnar knew what it meant.
<><><>
From within Outer Haven, Madnar put out a new broadcast, one that was fed now to every TV in the world, regardless of what channel you were on. At 100 percent, AR would even start affecting codec and Ipods. "People of the world, I bring grave news. It looks like none of you have been listening to our demands" tsked Madnar, wagging his finger. He appeared to be in a dark room, nothing special, and unidentifable. "Our demands were clear, but what did you go and do, Russia? You sent in someone to take us out" explained Madnar, an Octon appearing on screen holding up the bloodied body of a random person.
One of the dead Frogs had been stripped, dressed in combat fatigues, and was now being hoisted as a threat. "So, America, I think we should send a missile into our ever eternal foes" added Madnar, the Octon tossing the body away.
<><><>
In America and Russia, both countries saw a missile being primed from within the US. "I gave no such order" explained Vice-President Dalton into the phone to the Kremlin who were currently angry. "You shouldn't have sent in an operative... what do you mean you didn't?" he added, the negotiations breaking down.
Somewhere in America, a missile was primed, ready to be fired. No one knew who had started it, but to the world at large, news spreading even now, the Americans were about to fire at Russia.
Inspirational quote against powerful image of nature.Zarakava woke up in the infirmary. His arm was throbbing really bad, but besides that he felt fine. As he sat up, he saw the pieces of his sword laying on a table next to him. He also saw that his arm was in a sling.
I think I'll leave it like that for now. Get it to heal...
He slid the fragments of his sword into his sheath. It would be unusable, but at least he could keep them with him. He checked his gun, saw that there were only two rounds left.
I'd best get over to the Armory, make some more of my special rounds...
As he locked down AM's terminal, Dallas smiled at the news of the missile aimed at Russia. "Ah yes, Mr. Madnar's influence is truly amazing. I sure picked the right side in this conflict, that's for sure."
Elsewhere, Jet Steel was examining its armor for damage. "Dammit, Rex! That guy took off some of my armor! I should go back and kill him later!" No you shouldn't. Remember Glitchy's orders? Grimacing, the ninja replied, "Yeah, yeah, I know. AL, or whatever it's called. I'm getting closer to it, despite stupid delays like that swordsman."
Support Gravitaz on Kickstarter!Mister Glitch came over the codec for Jet Steel. "I wish you would stop talking to yourself. Listen, to take out AL, you need to destroy it. However, your sword won't do much, so you'll need something with firepower, or that uses electricity. Think you can find something like that?" he asked.

"Before you leave, you might want a Sniper rifle and a BFG. Boyscouts motto, you know, 'be prepared'. You're facing a sniper, a psychic, a megalomaniac, a Yan Dere, a mercenary and an optimistic German killer" explained Apollo, and gestured to Deadshot. "Tell him what he needs" he said, then turned to look offscreen. He nodded to someone, then said 'Right, yes' and turned back. "Our mission analyst has finally arrived. I recommend calling her if you need to pick someone's brains. Her name is Overwatch" he explained, and the splitscreen was joined by a static screen, the mission/data analyst about to appear.
