"President Rolan went on television as soon as possible to assure the world that she was not responsible for the attack, but the other countries do not believe her. So, it is up to us, Philanthropy, to avert World War 4."
The operative was led to a lower floor, where special equipment waited in front of an open gunner tube. "You will be fired at the ship, disguised as artillery, and infiltrate it."
Jackal glared at the tube. "So, I'm being fired out of a cannon, then?"
"It's the only way to safely disguise your entry" explained Apollo over the codec, as the technician in the room gestured to a special suit for Jackal to wear. It had cushioning foam and his weapons packed in the same type of foam. The missile was also covered in shock absorbing materials, and would break on impact. "Contact me again once you are on the ship. My frequency is 192.66. God speed soldier."
"Yes, sir" replied the operative, his formerly upbeat tone leaving his voice as he prepped his suit and positioned himself inside the missile.
They were ready for him, and explosions signaled the beginning of the attack, ten of the most powerful battleships attacking Outer Haven.
The hatch was closed, door sealed, and his cannon was aimed at the ship. It fired, launching the operative across the sky to impact against Outer Haven. It smashed to pieces on the South end of Outer Haven, throwing Jackal ungraciously across the surface, suit cushioning his body. He had made it, as long as he didn't fall off.
Luckily, he caught himself before almost going over the side. From his crouched position, he could see that the main defense forces were engaging the Navy, just as Apollo had said they would. It seemed that no one had noticed him yet. He tuned his codec to 192.66 while searching for a point of ingress. The less time he speant out in the open, the better.

Give the world the best you have and you will get kicked in the teeth. Give the world the best you have anyway.Through his binoculars, the officer on the ship spotted the operative taking cover. Good, the mission had been a success. "Sir, something is coming very fast" explained the sailor on radar. "A missile?" he asked, but the man shook his head. "It's too big to be a missile, I think it's-" The man was interrupted, as everything went to hell.
From the USS Poseidon, two ships away from the ship that had fired the Philanthropy agent, the sailors on board gaped open mouth as a submarine was shoved up from the bottom of the ocean to plough straight through the battleship. They both exploded moments later, shrapnel damaging the neighbouring ships.
Something huge rammed into the bottom of the Poseidon, sending the entire ship skimming across the water, destroying another. Four ships down, in ten minutes. What the hell was going on?
Another ship was punted across, the fleet being demolished by a combination of submarine missiles and metallic tentacles that threw ships like skipping stones. No ships were left to attack Outer Haven, which stood there, none the worse for wear.
Inspirational quote against powerful image of nature.Dallas Blaze smirked as he watched the fleet outside Outer Haven be demolished from a TV in the Mess Hall.
So much for their puny attempt at resistance. Mr. Madnar knows what he's doing, that's for sure.
Reaching under his cloak, the hulking black-haired man stroked a pair of modified P90's, one red and one blue. "Isn't that right, Doug, Betsy?"
Noticing a few grunts staring at him, he smiled. "I believe the world has just seen a taste of Mr. Madnar's power, don't you? How... exhilarating!"
On the other side of the battleship, a stealth jet flew over, dropping a dark figure.
The figure resolved itself into a metallic humanoid, green optics lighting up along its red "face".
Remember, Jet, let the Philanthropy man do all the work. Avoid detection at all costs. Only then can we-
"Shut up, Rex!" the figure whispered. "I'm not an idiot! I know what I'm doing here!"
With that, the figure quickly examined its surroundings before ducking into a nearby building, hoping to gain some cover.

Support Gravitaz on Kickstarter! The two FRO Gs in the mess hall stared coldly at Blaze, wanting nothing better than to kill him and rid the Lord of his nuisance. Instead they turned back to their shrine. One of them finished breaking a chair and put the finishing touches on the shrine; makeshift candles from the wooden legs.
In the kitchen, a chef wearing the outfit of a FROG to blend in starting cooking something. "Mister Blaze, you want something?" he asked across the hall, checking the ingredients. One thing for sure, Kio had not rushed this project. They could last for two weeks with all the supplies he had put on the ship.
Inspirational quote against powerful image of nature.I wake up cold and sore. My head hurts. It is not a sharp pain, but a dull ache. I don't know where I am. As I stand up, I feel the floor move slightly under me. Am I on a ship? Standing up, I take inventory of my surroundings. I'm in a small room, with a cot, toilet, and sink. It looks like a jail cell. I see a door and try the handle, expecting it to be locked. It isn't, so I step outside into a hallway. I hear something from far below, like water crashing on rocks. I am on a ship. Suddenly, something loud sounds behind me. My body reacts without my knowing. I spin around, pull something out of my pants, and jump towards the startled man. Within seconds I have a sword to his throat. A growl escapes my lips, "Who are you, where am I?"
"Easy there. We picked you up floating at sea. Nobody knows how long you've been out there, you've had some serious dehydration complications. You've been out for nearly a week. "
I eased my sword away, but still held it at the ready. "Still, who are you?"
"I'm a soldier with the New Zanzibar unit. I've been sent down here by Madnar to offer you a position with us. Based on your reflexes, I don't think he's making a mistake."
"What sort of work?"
"Mercenary work. We need all the force we can get."
"For what reason?"
"Are you serious? The war against Philanthropy of course. How long have you been out of it?"
I strain to remember anything, but I can't. All of a sudden, I realize that I don't know anything. I can't remember my name, where I lived, even my parents. The world spun for a moment as I lowered my sword and put a hand on the wall to steady myself.
"I can't remember anything. My mind is blank."
"That's okay, we'll get you filled in on what you need to know. Come with me..."
I follow the officer down the hall... then he stops.
"Hold on, what do we call you?"
I strain through my head for anything, but I can't recall a name that I went by. Suddenly, the light glints against my sword, and I notice something. There's a word engraved across the blade. Zarakava.
"Call me Zarakava. Zarakava the Deathdealer."
We walked in silence for a few minutes, then he led me out onto the Deck. I see in front of me a man with dark skin, and hair blacker than night.
"That is Madnar, our leader. He will give you your orders." And with that he walked away, and I approached Madnar...

Dallas smiled and winked at the chef.
"Please, dear, call me Dallas. As far as food goes, I'll have a few burgers. Well done. With all those American toppings on them."
Already my tastes are turning American. No doubt due to Mr. Madnar's influence. I have a feeling a lot of people will be eating these American delicacies soon enough...
Turning to the other Frogs, he said, "And just what are you ladies working on?"

Support Gravitaz on Kickstarter!"Don't-" began the chef, but it was too late. One of the Frogs turned around, hissing. He had interrupted them mid prayer, and now they drew their guns. "DIE INFIDEL!" cried out the one on the left, flipping and lunging across the room to attack Blaze, helmet and armour making her look more monster than human woman. "For the glory of our Lord Kio, you will burn!" said the other one, and they attacked him at once.

Kio Marv Madnar turned as the man entered, the Frog uttering a quick prayer. "Stop that, and go away" he snapped, causing the woman to leave abruptly. Madnar looked at Zarakava. "You fell out of our arriving helicopter, and hit your head pretty badly" explained Madnar at the mercenary's perplexed look. He himself wore a loosely assembled army uniform, which would have made any respecting drill sergeant go red. The eyes kept any person alert though, for they were cold and hard.
Madnar continued, the room pulsing unnoticeably as his words influenced Zarakava. "However, you survived. I expect nothing less from someone who works for me" praised Madnar. Zarakava saw no reason to disagree. He did work for Madnar, after all.
"I want you to freelance, for now. I have to get things ready, you understand, so just explore the ship. Oh, and kill anyone who doesn't belong here" he finished with a smile, and gesturing for the mercenary to leave.

Inspirational quote against powerful image of nature.Zarakava took his leave and headed back inside Outer Haven. He felt it was time to freshen himself up. After days of sleeping, he felt pretty greasy. As he walked further into the ship, he finally discovered the facilities. Inside, he saw a row of lockers. None of them had names or numbers, so he opened up a few to find some soap. Inside the second, he found a poster of a girl in a Bikini.
Interesting... but I thought most of our staff were females...
In the fourth he found a bar of soap, headed over to the sink, and washed his face. as he checked his belongings, he discovered a pack of Moslem Bent Cigs in his pocket.
Seems like a good enough time as any...
Zarakava pulled one out, bent it, and started smoking as he walked out of the room.

As the Frogs charged, Dallas smiled. Doug and Betsy suddenly appeared in his hands. "I hate to hurt a lady, but you two asked for it. Besides, seeing as you're not exactly acting like ladies..."
Bursts erupted from each P90, shredding the Frogs' gun hands into uselessness. Doug and Betsy disappeared into Dallas' cloak as quickly as they had appeared.
"I'll only spare you because I'd hate to kill Mr. Madnar's troops without his permission. You should be very grateful."
Support Gravitaz on Kickstarter!Fascinating... The red-haired woman known to the crew as "Red Alert" tapped her slender finger on the space bar of the keyboard in front of her. She was the only one in the hangar at the moment. She was tucked inside her "Firebug." Tapping the key wasn't doing anything funtional at the moment, she just liked to hear the sound of tapping keys. Outer Heaven's network is huge. I could see every inch of this place if I wanted to. She did just that, flipping through several security camera screens.
What was...? She had just seen something move just out of view. She cycled between that camera and the one after, but saw nothing. Must've been a FROG. She slouched back in her seat. Those things creep me out...
Jackal had seen the carnage and snuck out of sight. What the Hell was that?! He quickly ducked underneath a nearby security cam. The blind spot is underneath. They really should have the things on a swivel of some sort. He drew his Glock before a thought came to him. He crouched down and attempted to contact Apollo.
Give the world the best you have and you will get kicked in the teeth. Give the world the best you have anyway. The Frogs gripped their hands in pain and growled. However, through their codecs, Madnar's voice echoed within. "Yes oh Lord, we will let the heretic live" spoke a FROG, walking to the shrine and waiting for their hands to be fixed.
"Are you an idiot or something? Did I not tell you at the mission briefing that the FROGs are murderous insane bitches?" exclaimed Madnar angrily to Dallas through his own communicator.

"Jackal? Good, you're alive" affirmed Apollo as he came in view, face looking stern. Behind him could be seen the hustle and bustle of a well furnished room filled with important looking people. "Don't worry, the survivors are being allowed to swim back to land, but that thing... was like some nightmare" trailed off Apollo, then cleared his throat. "I'm sending a map of Outer Haven to your schematics right now."
Jackal would have to go to the middle of the ship's surface to enter the ship proper, the cargo area the only entrance available. "Your main objective is to take down the four AI that control Outer Haven. They are AR, AG, AL, and AM. Without them, Madnar cannot use the array of weapons on this ship. It will be powerless. Your secondary objective is to destroy that thing that's in the water, which is most likely a Metal Gear of some sort" explained Apollo seriously.

Inspirational quote against powerful image of nature.Dallas chuckled embarrassedly, putting a hand behind his head.
"I'm very sorry, Mr. Madnar," he replied. "I didn't expect them to jump me for just talking to them. Nothing that Doug and Betsy couldn't handle, though."
The giant German sighed. "It's tough not having comrades that will talk to you without trying to kill you. Not that that isn't fun, but those bitches didn't seem like the type to chat during combat. A pity."
Support Gravitaz on Kickstarter!Zarakava headed out from the locker room towards the hangar. He figured that he should probably check out what heavy machinery he would have to fight in. Of course, he'd much prefer hand to hand combat.
Still nothing... why can't I remember anything...
Lost in his thoughts he bumped into a few FROGS, who instantly became enraged at him. Screaming profanities and something like "Hail Madnar", they began to pull out weapons.
What the hell? Looks like it's time to go... there's sure to be someplace to hide in the hangar.
He ran down the hall as fast as he could, the sound of the FROG's screams close behind him. Luckily, he was carrying a lot less, and could run much faster. As he turned into the hangar, he quickly looked around for a place to hide. Over in the corner he spied what looked like an abandoned Metal Gear. In fact, it was very similar to the REX design. He ran over to it and managed to hide himself between the legs and the wall right before the FROGS arrived.
"HAIL MADNAR! KILL THE INFIDEL!"
Red nearly jumped when she heard the horrid screeching of the FROGs. She had been in the middle of watching news reports detailing the utter destruction of the Navy fleet that had tried attacking Outer Heaven.
She looked at her radar screen and saw...Who is that? ...someone headed into the hangar. Before she could react, he practically dove under Firebug.
The FROGs turned the corner and entered the hangar. "Where is the Infidel? It must be killed for the Glory Of Madnar."
"How the hell should I know? Don't you have...important prayers to get to?" Red opened her canopy, keeping her finger on the trigger for the flamethrowers. "Whoever you're looking for, they're not here. It's just me. And the last time I checked, it wasn't a sacrelige to watch videos online."
The FROGs looked at each other, then at Red, then at each other again, then finally back at Red. "You will tell us where the Infidel is."
"If I see him, I will tell you where he is. Until then, leave me alone."
The FROGs said nothing. They slowly turned and left.
When she was sure that they were gone, she hopped out of Firebug and approached the "infidel," assuming it was Dallas causing trouble again. To her surprise, it was Zarakava. "Well, this is a surprise..."

Give the world the best you have and you will get kicked in the teeth. Give the world the best you have anyway.Already tired of the constant problems caused by the FROGs, Madnar was making his way to the living areas of the ship so he could be where the problems were. Was it too annoying to have them? No, he thought a few moments later. They were necessary, and if they reacted to their own allies in that way, imagine what they'd do to someone who they had never seen before.
He made sure an image of Zarakava was sent around the base, telling Frogs around that this man was not to be touched.

"You have your MP 5 and Glock .45 with you. That should be enough, for now. When you're inside the ship we will try to guide you to the armory. Speaking of, here is our weapons specialist for the mission. His name is Deadshot."
The Codec went to split screen, waiting for Deadshot to appear.

Inspirational quote against powerful image of nature.Jackal replied in kind. "Hey. What can you tell me about the enemy?"
"Wow. They said you took a nasty tumble, but losing your memory? Harsh." She extended her hand. "Yes, I'm Red. We met when I joined Madnar, remember? You said you didn't think I could...what were your words...'hack it' here." She smiled slightly.

Give the world the best you have and you will get kicked in the teeth. Give the world the best you have anyway. After helping Zarakava to his feet, (with a little effort, due to his size) Red shook her head. "Nah. Just the FROGs wandering around." She tapped her chin thoughtfully. "Something bugs me about the attack, though. I mean, the Navy's a little smarter than to just bombard an enemy they know nothing about, unless the whole "intelligence gathering" aspect fell apart after I...left."

Give the world the best you have and you will get kicked in the teeth. Give the world the best you have anyway. On T Vs around the world, tranmissions were interrupted as the face of Madnar appeared on them. "Hello people of the World" he called out, looking very threatening with a stern expression. His army uniform looked newly starched, the epitome of American military. It wasn't hard to believe he was from the US. "Come and have a look at what Russia did to the fleet that tried to attack Outer Haven" lied Madnar, and the television switched to an aerial view.
Smoke rose up still from the wrecked ships, some lying on their sides, others just with the top peeking out of the surface. Oil and destruction leaked onto the ocean, everything looking apocalyptic. "How terrible. American lives gone in an instant. Will you stand for that?!" yelled Madnar, commentating over the wreckage. "I thought not. Remember, only our treaties stand in the way of retribution. Petition now, and America can be at peace!" finished Madnar, turning the focus back to him. "Be a patriot" completed New Zanzibar's leader, the transmissions ending. HIDEO appeared on a black background, blanking out teleivions everywhere.
Inspirational quote against powerful image of nature.Dallas smiled at the TV, pretending to wipe away a tear as he took a bite of one of his burgers.
"Isn't that beautiful? Our glorious leader. How could the Americans not rally behind him now?"

"On June the 20th, terrorists calling themselves New Zanzibar seized the remains of Outer Haven, the colossal battleship used in Liquid Ocelot's insurrection 5 years ago."
The group of soldiers and marines sat in the ships, ready to be deployed to take back Outer Haven if the attack was successful. One of them, a young man wearing ordinary combat fatigues, was busy checking his watch, and was listening to the report. Only he could hear it, thanks to codec.
"What do they want, exactly?" enquired the soldier. He figured it wouldn't have been long until someone tried to resurrect Outer Haven. How did the song go, "To secure peace is to prepare for war?"
"Their demands are simple: for every country to give themselves over to the USA, and create one World Power, led by the President of the United States."
The operative furrowed his brow as he asked, "And if they don't?"
"They will attack and destroy all countries who refuse to surrender."
"Hm. I suppose I could've guessed that."
Through the windows, the battleship came into view, as did the other ships surrounding Outer Haven. Ten Aegis battleships faced the side of Outer Have, the U.S Navy's strongest battleships. An officer walked into the room, nodded to the man, and led him out. It was time.
