And "your version" (rhetorical "your") is exclusive to each and every person and therefore is not fair to judge an adaption.
But you used it as a point for why a book is always better.
I always found it to be more of a purist sort of thing. Like how some people always watch an anime with subs instead of the dub, even if the dub isn't bad (I mean, there are a lot of bad dubs, but there are good ones too).
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=j8yAjWvAqyMI do agree that books are almost always better than movies but there are also a lot of times where the movies does something better than the books. Really, I think Sturgeon's Law can easily be applied here as well.
Let the joy of love give you an answer! Check out my book!Sometimes there are movies that won't be better then the book, but it can be equal to the book like The Godfather for example.
PhewThere's also The Lord of the Rings. Having all of that loving and flowery descriptive narration turned into beautiful visuals was high convenient so you can get to the plot faster.
Back on topic, I really need to try to get a new Wii U game sometime (I only have Nintendoland). Aside from the ones showcased at Best Buy and Sonic Lost World, what do you guys recommend?
Let the joy of love give you an answer! Check out my book!Lego City Undercover is... easy like all Lego games, but the script is quite amusing and it's fun to explore and collect everything. And there's a LOT to collect.
Also, you can ride nitro-powered wheelchairs and segways that plow through monster trucks once you get the right cheats. It is as amusing as it sounds.

🏳️⚧️she/her | Vio Rhyse AlberiaHey guys, I've got a quick question. Would you happen to know what's needed to get Netflix working on the Wii U? I've tried signing up for the service through the console, but instead of downloading the software it just freezes up and gives me and error message. Something like "We cannot connect to the Netflix service at this time."
Any of you guys have an idea what the cause might be?
Just create an account for it on a computer then activate the service on the Wii U. It won't take long.
Let the joy of love give you an answer! Check out my book!Ninja Gaiden Razor's Edge is pretty underrated for Wii U, for a hack and slash it is really hard without being cheap and the gameplay is pretty deep (chaining steel on bone, unleashing ultimate technique, crowd control, etc), Moreover in Wii U version you get free DLC to play as three gorgeous women - Kasumi, Ayane, and Momiji each with different gameplay and strategy compared to Ryu - greatly increasing the replayability of the game.
Mad props if you even manages to finish the game on Master ninja or even better Ultimate ninja difficulty. The only downsides for this game is the lack of effort they put into art design; environment, boss fights, and enemy variations are pretty dull - some even says that a lot of the content and textures were recycled from N G2sigma. Oh yeah and also when playing as the DLC ladies the framerate on my Wii U suffers for quite a bit.
^ The cynic in me suspects that the framerate drop is from having to render Gainaxing...

All your safe space are belong to TrumpSo if you liked Zombi U and wanted a sequel, too bad! The first one didn't profit enough to warrant one.
In fact, Ubisoft has been disappointed with the system.

You got some dirt on you. Here's some more!![]()
It's not surprising that Ubisoft is disappointed. A LOT of people, myself included, are disappointed with the system and how it's doing. I bet even Nintendo is disappointed with how things are going right now.
The main problem is, there were supposed to be more games on this system by now. Honestly, the disappointment's probably not going to end until the games come out and the advertising picks up. Only when that happens will the negativity around the Wii U lighten up.
That being said, I wouldn't necessarily count the Wii U just yet.
Besides, the PS 3 disappointed everyone at first, and now it's gotten a lot better; even if it is doomed to third place (and I wouldn't necessarily bet on that), you can definitely make the case for having it in your home, and it's far from an outright failure.

But just like the 3DS, after a slow start and a drought of games we get lots of good games coming out. Super Mario 3D World, Donkey Kong Country: Tropical Freeze, Yarn Yoshi, The Wonderful 101, Super Smash Bros., Shin Megami Tensei X Fire Emblem, and maybe a few I forgot.
Nintendo's draining my wallet, I swear.
Edit: Mario Kart 8. I remembered one game!

🏳️⚧️she/her | Vio Rhyse AlberiaWhat happened to that 1000+% increase in sales in the UK after the announcement of the Xbone?
Let the joy of love give you an answer! Check out my book! But first party games are basically what they need to start moving more systems, providing a larger user base that would entice companies back.
As for Ubisoft, seems more like they're disappointed with Zombi in particular. It's not like Rayman being cross-platform was just now done as a response to flagging sales.
I have a message from another time...

...Nuance is not "stuff."
And I mean that there are things that you'd change to better fit your vision of the story. Moments or characters that were in the book that you missed.
