Possible Namespace buttons bug?

Underdog is a disambiguation page that links to work articles for the Western Animation series, the Film of said series, and an unrelated Manga series.

The Film button seems to display correctly, as it shows both the reel icon and the word "Film" in the button. However, the Western Animation button only shows the icon, with no text.

Additionally, despite the fact that the Manga article for Underdog exists, the other pages do not seem to show a namespace button for the manga at all.

I wasn't sure if these were bugs or things that are already on the to-do list. If this is being posted in the wrong place, I apologize.

Only certain namespace show a button. Manga isn't one of them. Certain of the button don't have text. Western Animation is one of those. So, this is all working as intended.

The text-less buttons are that way because the namespace name is frickin' long.

Makes sense on the Western Animation issue.

However, since we're now making a push to put work articles in their proper namespaces, wouldn't we want to give all of the standard work-related namespaces some kind of button?

There are quite a number of Manga-only works, and a not insignificant number of them have English titles that could conflict with other work or trope titles.

I think a problem with a Manga button is that it would be identical to a Comicbook button.

Fight smart, not fair.

Hmm, looking at the page for Fantastic Four, it doesn't appear that we have an icon for Comic Book either.

I'm not sure what you mean by identical, unless you're referring to potential icons. We wouldn't even necessarily need an icon for either. Just a button that says "Manga" or "Comic" would suffice.

You can use "Cartoon" as a text for the WA icon, that's not a long word. As for manga, you can just use a book with a kanji or something. Now, anime will be a lot trickier.

We also have an icon for Video Games that is not used except in the watchlist for some reason.
