Hmmm... Although as much as that sounds like an interesting idea, it'd probably be a better idea for me to play Amelia instead. Seeing how I may as well be playing her already in a few other R Ps I'm in. >.> Besides, it sounds like you already have plans for Lina (unless I'm readingtoo much into what you're saying there, ahah), so I wouldn't want to get in the way of those. Also Amelia was always my favourite Slayers character, ahah~
...I guess Seyruun would be some small, obscure European country or... Something that she's the princess of. Hmmm. Should probably think into this a bit more.
Okay, so this would be kind of how Catti-brie would work. (Long post incoming, just to be clear because this character may be unfamiliar to many here. Geez, I feel old.)
Bio: Catti-brie grew up among the dwarves of northern England, and for most of her life they were all she knew. Although she knew they were obviously different, she never let it bother her. She liked taking hikes away from the dwarven caves and practicing archery with the little bow they made for her. While she had no real friends her age, it didn't matter much.
Until the day the wizards came, on the day Catti-brie since learned was her eleventh birthday. Then she learned the truth; her human name was Alyson Smithers. Her parents - her human parents - had died in an strange automobile accident. No one knew what happened, and the wizards had been trying to find her until a few months ago. What's more...she was a witch.
Naturally, she rejected the name Alyson. Catti-brie was who she was, and she was content with life. But, at the urging of the dwarves, she agreed to go to this place called Hogwarts, and for the first time meet other humans. Accompanied by her pet black cat, Gwen, she set out.
Personality: Very easy going and friendly, almost to a fault. Prefers taking walks and being outdoors, to the point of possibly breaking rules to do so. Quite diligent and hardworking. She has an odd accent, but this doesn't stop her from trying to make friends. Also, by virtue of her upbringing, has no clue about most of the wizarding world. Or the Muggle one.
So...thoughts?
Expergiscēre cras, medior quam hodie. (Awaken tomorrow, better than today.)So here goes, making this official and all, hope it doesn't suck. >.<
- Name: Amelia Wil Tesla Seyruun
- Appearance: Yes she DOES in fact wear the cape at all times.
◊ What of it?
- Bio: The beloved daughter of Prince Philionel "Phil" El Di Seyruun, ruler of the small, obscure European country of Seyruun, a land whose population is so predominantly wizard that no-one really even bothers to keep up The Masquerade for the minuscule Muggle population. Even though Seyruun has it's own magical academy, Prince Phil wanted his daughter to receive the best possible education and so had her apply for Hogwarts instead. Apparently, Amelia is acquainted with the infamous Lina Inverse in some way (she speaks of her as though recalling an old friend).
- Personality: Loud, outgoing and very enthusiastic about everything she does. Obsessed with JUSTICE!, which is both her biggest strength and her greatest weakness.
...Ugh, somehow I don't think this is one of my better sign-ups. >.< But for now, hopefully it'll do. I can always try and clean it up later I guess.
- Name: Takamachi (family) Nanoha (given)
- Appearance: A Japanese girl with reddish brown hair. Picture of both child and adult age
◊
- Bio: A muggle-born who became involved in an incident concerning the recovery of a number of semi-powerful magical artifacts. Nanoha ended up cooperating with the a wizard from the Ministry who, noting her aptitude, wanted to make sure she got the best education magic could offer, and thus used her connections to have Nanoha attend Hogwarts. Due to her involvement in the incident, she has some experience with practical wizard dueling/combat.
- Personality: A kind and loving individual who firmly believes that everyone, no matter what origins or mistakes they've made, is worthy of friendship and love. However, Nanoha has a tendency to be a bit too forceful in living out this philosophy, which can occasionally lead to confrontation. Also a hard worker often to the point of overworking herself.
Nanoha being sent to Hogwarts could be for two reasons: Racism and elitism on the Japanese Coalition's part, she is a muggle born from a family that only owns a small business but on the other hand she helped with that artifact business and she's a darling, making a good face for Japan to the West.
thespacephantom: I'd prefer something a little more serious. Just a more serious write-up, really.
To make my post more complex and offical looking r
Name: Duncan Pukst (his last name is never given in show so I made one up)
Apperance: Tall slightly muscular mohawked male
Bio: Allway's the trouble maker Duuncan came home late that faithful night and almost Missed the Call to Hogwart's
Personality:Poster boy for Jerk with a Heart of Gold,Punk Rock fan but may or may not enjoy Hip-Hop
Alighntment: True Nutral

Proveing 12 year olds are the filthist people around^^^ Does that mean you want me to change my stated reason, or are those just suggestions?
Fear the Gothilolions! | Anime listName: Glorfindel Delafontaine (last name is an adaption of his canon title)
Appearance: Tall with blond hair which he wears in a braid down his back. He's rather pale with clear blue eyes, and is over all attractive. He does have a burn scar on his side from a mishap involving a fireplace when he was young, and his ears are a bit odd in that they bear the slightest of points.
Biography: He grew up among the upper crust of England's wizarding families, the most elite and distinguished and, naturally, the wealthiest. In his early days he lived in London proper but his family moved to the Scottish Highlands when he was ten. He's an only child but grew up with many children his age and so was rarely lonely, even after the move. Does not respond to the names Glor, Glorf or Glorfi.
Personality: Adventurous, fearless to the point of stupidity at times and headstrong he's also incredibly compassionate and surprisingly insightful. He's also of a good humour, always willing to laugh even at his own expense, though he can be prone to bouts of extreme darkness and despair and is known to get a bit lovesick. If offended he can be extremely haughty and is not above "pulling rank" when he feels boundaries have been over-stepped.
I more or less go with a longer haired version of [[http://gold-
seven.deviantart.com/gallery/137656?offset=24#/dgbj1m this]], Glorfindel's the blond.

Most likely Hufflepuff too. (Based it off this thread
, and I recommend the rest of you do the same.)
Just don't all go picking Hufflepuff. That would be...awkward.

Uh, dwarves do exist in the Potterverse (although we know next to nothing about them, due to only being mentioned once twice).
Allows for some fun Fanon, doesn't it?
