Discussion of religion in the context of LGBTQ+ rights is only allowed in the LGBTQ+ Rights and Religion Thread
.
Discussion of religion in any other context is off topic in all of the "LGBTQ+ rights..." threads.
Attempting to bait others into bringing up religion is also not allowed.

Having grabbed lunch at Chik-Fil-A today, I can sadly report there was no kissing to be seen or photographed. One girl seemed to be using an impressive amount of suction on the straw of her peach milkshake, but that almost certainly doesn't count.
The way a nurse explained it to me was due to the very delicate nature of how the anus is constructed and the widespread denial of AIDS/HIV, it is just much safer to say no thank you because sometimes people can be carriers of a disease that the American Red Cross can't always test for.
Ryan White scared the shit out of them.
She did follow up how anal sex is less of a concern than where you have been outside of the country and in what time period. They just have limited resources so they're doing the "safe than sorry" within their means.
Though again, if we can start education and communication over AIDS/HIV then maybe this regulation can be dropped as well.

Never heard of this TCRA before. Not a solid case here.
Dumboyeah, blood drives always get me a little irritated, because I'm one of those people who really loves helping, perhaps even unto Samaritan Syndrome on occasion, but I'm just cynical as hell about it now.
"Coffee! Coffeecoffeecoffee! Coffee! Not as strong as Meth-amphetamine, but it lets you keep your teeth!"Lance, you lived in Germany and Japan? I be jealous!
At least they refuse anyone who answers "yes" to specific sex questions. They've also reworded their questionaire to be more inclusive to all orientations while still trying to get the best of the info needed.
"Psssh. Even if you could catch a miracle on a picture any person would probably delete it to make space for more porn." - AszurIt also doesn't help their funding is slowly decreasing, so they just can't do the same thing like they did before.
I have to rely on the Red Cross for transfusions because I have no health insurance but my anemia doesn't really care about that. It's nice that they will test my levels and give me a transfusion if I need it, but I've been there and had to be turned away because their generators are broken down again or the cooling went out. I can't drive the two hours to their local facility.
There aren't a lot of other organizations filling the need either, so the options are slim.
Have anyone heard of this guy? http://timothyrbrown.com/
He is apparently the first guy to be "cured" of HIV.

Sheesh, this is too much... by their definition of "unwelcome environment," I'd have standing to sue my local Starbucks for openly selling the NYT and having meetings from a local LGBT advocacy group advertised. Which, of course, is patently ridiculous.
You have the right to equal access in the consumer setting. You do not have the right to not be offended.
There's a difference between having some fliers up and donating money to actual hate groups. Chick-Fil-A funds organizations known to encourage and commit violence against LBGT people and that are being tracked by the FBI because of this. Huge difference between these two actions.

Reality is that, which when you stop believing in it, doesn't go away. -Philip K. DickI am not doubting your word on this but can you link to the source for this info?
Much to my BFF's wife's chagrin, No Pants 2013 became No Pants 2010's at his house.

''See this is where I keep having an issue, where are this policies that discriminate against gays?? I've seen a CEO say he thinks America is in trouble because it redefines marriage. I've seen evidence Chick-Fil-A likes to have people who share their religious beliefs on the payroll, just like software companies tend to employ nerds.''
There are lots of lawsuits towards them over employee discrimination. Maybe they're all pending. Do you want a strict innocent until proven guilty treatment here? I guess I can wait until there's been lots of lawsuits saying Chick-Fil-A have been violating to get back to you on this. I'll be surprised if the lawsuits are all in their favour.
