Well, Cygan was wondering why there wasn't one, so I made it. I guess we can talk about queer stuff. :3

(*LGBTQ+ Solidarity huggles*)

Oh, and if you're wondering, non-queer folks are welcome too.

I love being a guy. If I was a girl, I'd turn into a monster every month, there's the misery that is pregnancy, and I'd have to put much more effort into my appearance.

Fuck that noise.

[up][up] Sure! We can be like the Straight Male Tropers Club, except with tea parties instead of manliness!

[up] But, no awkward erections, and wearing dresses isn't taboo!

I'd turn into a monster every month,

...um...you are aware that this stereotype is...how do I put this...not a healthy mindset to hold, yes?

1. easily fixable. 2. there are alot of things women do in other parts of the world that are considered taboo. In some countries, if you cheated on your husband, or tried to divorce him, you could end up dead.

[up] I was joking on that part.

@ Kawaii. A) It's only once a month. B) Everyone is your slave during pregnancy. C) I already take pride in my appearance anyway.

@ Beady. Yay!

Cute: Naturally, so you understand why no one would want to be a man, because they would be obsessed with sex 24/7.

Is that a joke as well?

I don't have to worry about pregnancy~ X3

But yes, the two things I dislike the most about being a girl are periods and having to worry about avoiding looking MANRY or disheveled.

I think taking pride in one's appearance as a woman would be more enjoyable, since it has a much greater aspect of choice than doing so as a man does.

You're an ad hominem attack!

Hopey: I am being serious. The whole "monster" thing is an inaccurate stereotype, and if anything, the complaints should focus more on the cramping and the bloating.

Women do not turn into monsters, things that annoyed them before, just annoy them more, and that's not even a constant.

Furthermore, men also go through hormonal cycles, just like women.

Haldo: Technically, you do. But that aside, then don't care. Plenty of women put minimal effort. There is nothing particularly strange or groundbreaking about it.

@haldo: Some women look better without makeup; I don't really like how the idea is enforced a girl must look ~pretty~ all the time.

It really annoys me especially because my grandmother herself seems to support that concept on my little sister.

I suppose I'd better amend what I said here; it's not just not having the courage to come out about it, it's also the fact I could probably never pass even if I tried.

That's a fair point about the hormone cycles. I know every so often I just want to beat the shit out of everything. But considering those days seem to coincide with my roomate being mesurably more obnoxious that normal...

Also I'm pretty sure I'm in the death throes of puberty, so I'm thinking that probably just makes the effect worse.

The things I love about being a woman and hate about being a man are mostly social things. I think we're all about equal, biologically.
