Let's not forget The Spirits Within or Advent Children. Although I don't think AC was feature length.

Pretty certain 100 minutes is considered feature length most places

As far as I know, 70 minutes is the lower length requiered for it to be consider a feature film.

A film needs to be at least 40 minutes long in order to be a feature, according to the Academy.
