I like foxes and fire. Hmm, I could've sworn there was another topic like this.
"It is better to remain silent and be thought a fool than to open one’s mouth and remove all doubt." - Some guy with a snazzy hat.All the puns I could think of with my last name were taken, so I settled for something easy to recognize and/or remember.
#IceBearForPresidentI agonized for a while on what sort of a username to have. I used to have a really stupid one, and never actually did anything on the wiki, but forgot the password.
I agonized some more, and decided to mash together a somewhat hammy name. "The Mighty Anonym" represents the fact that I am anonymous, yet mighty. I didn't actually make much use of it until I started posting in forum games, then one day I came across a flamebait image on a demotivator site. At which point I was inspired to make a flamebait thread and get involved in discussions. Said thread was in IJBM, and I stuck around for more battles, and some shitposting.
I now use this username everywhere, and identify with it quite well. I even like the acronym "TMA".
Where were you when I laid the earth’s foundation? Tell me, if you understand. Who marked off its dimensions? Surely you know! ~ GODMine is a shortened form of Texas Chicken Little.
I had worked at Mc Donalds and while Chicken Little was in theaters and we were handing out the toys in Happy Meals, a manager at the time decided to call me chicken little because I kinda looked like the character, and it stuck.
Well, actually I kinda liked it. I started using it for certain usernames.
More recently, I realized this nickname really did fit me, especially when I was younger, becuase I tended to be a "chicken little" and I still do just not on kid worries and more on adult worries now.
"We're all paper, we're all scissors, we're all fightin' with our mirrors, scared we'll never find somebody to love."Mine is a family nickname. It still feels strange when people address me as 'Loni' here, because nobody in real life calls me that except my immediate family. It's a mispronunciation of my real name made when I was a baby.
Be not afraid...I really love the months of August and September, this is when I discovered music, anime, TV Tropes, also, many new homes, and new schools.
It's also a Shout-Out to Eternal September, that, unlike many others, I consider a good thing, a sign of growth and innovation, and to Endless Eight, that, unlike many others, I also consider a good thing.
In 2008, my obsession with Chihuahuas were much bigger. When I wanted to join Roblox, I wanted Chihuahua, but since that was taken, I tack on a 0 at the end and got Chihuahua0, since most sites don't automactially suggest usernames with only the number 0 at the end of it.
It stuck.
I like roads, so I picked a street name.
I was very nearly "William Street", but I was afraid people would call me William, and that's not my name.
Heapers’ HangoutUsed the name back when unknown, stuck with it when I got known in December 2008. It is the least-stupid name I had used up to that point.
Now this is the story all about how my name got flipped, turned inside-out, and I'd like to take a minute n' just sit right there; I'll tell you how I became the Deej of a name for my user.
In North of Atlanta, not born but raised, around the house I would spend most of my days chillin' out, maxin', relaxin' all cool and all typin' some stories inside mah room when a couple o' guys who were up to no good started makin' trouble in the living room. I got in one little talk and asked for a username, and they said "There's a videogame named Soul Reaper, use it."
I liked it and used it but the following day, I thought about it and decided "Man, I gotta say.. it's not enough, dude, I need somethin' wicked!" So I put some Genesis on, said "Might as well kick it!"
My attempt! This was one dull May. Thinkin' up a name, got "soulreaperdj".. is this what the people on the internet are livin' like? Hmmmmmm... this might be alright.
But wait, I hear the prissy hipsters and all that. Is this the kinda name to call such a cool cat? I don't think so; I'd better think better, way! I took off the cheesiness and said, "What can I do with DJ?"
I look at it and think, no, shout, "I really need a better way to get this name out." Blend it with "Jay" (a name I was diggin'), now it looks almost like lightning disappearin'.
I whistled for a finishing touch; one came near, "There was a guy named Xanadu32 who I a-dear'd * ." If anything, I could say that that number was rare.. but I thought, "Nah, forget it. I'll see how I fare!"
...I! Turned! On the computer and went on the net, I typed to the people, "Hey guys, check this out, you bet!" I typed down the name, it was like a dream came true! Those good people were ready.. for DJay32!
I am so sorry for that rap. xD The simple version.

tout est sacré pour un sacreur (Avatar by Rappu!)Zolnier is a Polish surname altered by Russians and then Anglizied.
Life's Gonna Suck When You Grow Up... But Is It That Great Now?... Also I'm Skylark2 now.Old family in-joke. "Carciofo" is Italian for "artichoke", and as a kid I really, really liked artichokes (still do ).
Now, "carciofo" can also be used as a humorous, quite harmless insult: more or less, it means "silly and naive", but it's even lighter than that and is never used as a serious insult.
Therefore, my little brother started to use "Carciofo", or the fake-Latin variant "Carciofus", as a nickname for me — he still does, in fact ;).

But they seem to know where they are going, the ones who walk away from Omelas.Jeysie is a combination of "J" from my middle name and "Elsie" from my first name, with letters juggled around to deal with AOL—14 years ago when I first got on the Net—needing a name that was already taken.
And because I'm a creature of habit and it was just too much work to keep thinking up new usernames, and Jeysie is usually available just about everywhere, I simply kept using it in every new place I joined. (On the rare occasions it's not available, I use "JeysieC" instead.)

Apparently I am adorable, but my GF is my #1 Groupie. (Avatar by Dreki-K)It's a song.
Well, to properly explain my nickname, we need to go waaaay back to January, 1994, when this troper was a mere freshman at a little magnet high school in Las Vegas.
Now, most of you think of Las Vegas, you think of casinos, bright lights, Charlie Sheen snorting cocaine off a dead hooker, and 120+ temperatures.* . But in the winter-time, it regularly gets down below freezing at night.
So, January. 7am, I am in PE class. The instructor tells us that we're going outside to play badminton. On a field that has more ice than grass on it right now. The sun hasn't even crested the horizon yet, and the wind is blowing 20-40mph.
So, outside I troop. I happen to be wearing blue sweats, blue and black sneakers, and I put on my blue ski mask* and blue knit gloves. As we're walking outside, one of the art majors says to his buddy, "Look, it's a ninja!"
"He can't be a ninja, he's wearing blue. Ninja's wear black."
"Maybe he's from the ... lost blue ninja clan!"
"Ooooooh!" - in unison from all five art majors.
So, the nickname stuck, and I have kept it for all this time. Some of my friends from high school have actually called me "BN" or "Bluesy" in real life, and I've answered to it. I added a 0 on the forum because somehow, Blue Ninja was already taken.
That’s the epitome of privilege right there, not considering armed nazis a threat to your life. - SilaswWho's it by?
Homestar Runner. Even if it is a terrible Commando name...
Support Gravitaz on Kickstarter!- I like the idea of cuddly white foxes.
- I was beginning my corny "creepy and edgy" stage, so I tacked on "of death" at the end.
Now that I'm out of that stage, I use "snowyfoxes" everywhere else. I almost made a new handle, but a good chunk of my suburb is blocked because of trolls (I live next to a high school, which doesn't exactly help, plus a long story with someone using my computer).

Warm hugs and morally questionable advice given here. Prosey BitchfestI thought so, but I wasn't sure. They are awesome. :)
Carbon is my favorite element, and mantis shrimp are the badass blood knights of the invertebrate world, so why not have a little of both?
It supposed to be "Blur ring" after a power of one of my characters.
If a chicken crosses the road and nobody else is around to see it, does the road move beneath the chicken instead?A character in a bad fantasy story I was writing as a teenager.
A brighter future for a darker age.In middle school art class there was some concept whose initials could kinda sorta maybe be pronounced like this (however it's pronounced, which I suppose is up to you). I thought it sounded vaguely name-ish so I used it for naming characters in games and such. My handle at the time was Bahamut89, but I thought that was silly a few years later so I slowly migrated it to Clarste.

1. I really like the word Crimson.
2. Some bastard already took "Crimson", so I tacked the Neo on to it.
3. There's a boss called Neo Crimson in Digimon World 2, a game I was very fond of as a child.
Sorry, I can't hear you from my FLYING METAL BOX!
