I'll describe the Archangels in detail in a bit, but their basic appearance is that of heavily armored cyborgs that are only vaguely human looking. Much more high tech than the big daddies. They also have huge as claws for their left fingers.

You know what I hate? Hypocrites. That and obscure self-referential statements.NO!!!
...Yes. Give me a moment. I technically still need to complete Rippner's message and the OOC information—especially regarding just what an Archangel looks like—but I can post the character template for now, although you may need to make minor changes. I'd suggest not writing the character histories until after I've explained everything, unless you're feeling confident.

You know what I hate? Hypocrites. That and obscure self-referential statements.Name: Miles DiNino
Age: 19 (Willing to edit)
Gender: male
Species: Human
Plasmids/Tonics: houdini, clawpower 2, melee vampire, security command (all), fountain of youth, eve saver (both), booze hound, sports boost, eve link, medical expert, eve expert, natural camouflage, leaving him with 10 adam left.
Weapons: two semi-automatic pistols, plasma blade
History:
Appearance: Wears suits, a fedora, a cravat, and a pair of black, wire-framed glasses. (he doesn't really need them. He just loves the way he looks). Pale skin, white hair, sparkling green eyes. Bishonen. Yes, obviously he's used a lot of adam purely on his appearance. He takes great care of his claws, attempting to keep them at that ideal appearance, frightening, yet... drawing.
Personality: He is somewhat snarky at times, but he knows that there are boundaries. Despite the great attention he pays to his appearance, he isn't vain. He can be quite caring, but only towards certain people. He doesn't make friends easily, but the few that he does are as dear to him as his own family; in fact, they are his family, from his veiw point.
After Rapture went to hell, he realized the rules of the game had changed. He realized that Adam wasn't something to be held onto for extended periods of time. Before, it got you meals on the house at a restaurant. Now, it makes you a target. He used to have morals, ethics. Not anymore. Now, he simply does whatever it takes to survive. Needless to say, the first minutes of his meeting with the little girl will be crucial to deciding whether to kill her, harvest her, save her, leave her be... or sell her to the highest bidder.

It's kind of funny. Sufficiently advanced stupidity is like sufficiently advanced science; eventually, you find something you can't solve.Oh, what the hell. I'll join. My life has been decreasing anyways... And I love Bioshock hnnnnnnnggg. Plasmids/Tonics currently in my dude's slots/in use will be italicized.
Also, I take it Big Daddies can be accompanied by Little Sisters? If not, I'll remove it from Benny's (That's just a nickname I'm calling him because using βη-3 over and over will drive me nuts) profile.
Name: βη-3 (Often referred to by the nickname "Benny")
Age: 40
Gender: Male
Species...thing: Big Daddy
Plasmids: Electro Bolt Level 1 (60), Electro Bolt Level 2 (120), Winter Blast Level 1 (60), Telekinesis Level 1 (50), Telekinesis Level 2 (100) (Total: 330)
Tonics: Machine Buster (45), Short Circuit 1 (30), Short Circuit 2 (65), Hacker's Delight (40), Eve Link (30), Armored Shell (45), Armored Shell 2 (No Price), Keen Observer (40), Electric Flesh (35), Drill Lurker (30), Drill Specialist (75), Drill Power 1 (50), Drill Power 2 (75), Drill Vampire (No Price) (Total: 560)
Weapons: Bouncer and Drill Specialist, so really only uses the drill.
History: ... TO BE ANNOUNCED.
Appearance: Standard Bouncer Big Daddy appearance, one of the "portholes" seem to be slightly cracked and the metal framing around his helmet a bit dented.
Personality: Despite being a Bouncer-model Big Daddy, he seems to be much more intelligent than others and seems to have retained quite a bit of his humanity. Like any other Big Daddy, he fiercely protects his Little Sister with his life... But there seems to be more to it than just the conditioning to do so. As mentioned, quite intelligent and resourceful- a rarity. He will be willing to aid others if he deems it reasonable, and will be a valuable ally if you manage to win his friendship and trust. Touch the girl, and all bets are off. Very gentle with animals and children, and women so long as they don't try to attack him or his Little Sister.
Other: Very loyal to his Little Sister, Ellie... And to anyone else that wins his trust, though not quite to the same extent. Seems to hold genuine affection towards Ellie.

“DAMMIT WHEN I HEAR 'SPACE CQC' ALL I CAN THINK OF IS BIG BOSS WITH A FISHBOWL ON HIS HEAD, STRANGLING AN ASTRONAUT OUTSIDE THE ISS."Well, I was going by what the Bio Shock Wiki said.
“DAMMIT WHEN I HEAR 'SPACE CQC' ALL I CAN THINK OF IS BIG BOSS WITH A FISHBOWL ON HIS HEAD, STRANGLING AN ASTRONAUT OUTSIDE THE ISS."

“Hello. You probably don’t know who I am, but please trust me. I’m about to tell the story of how this all got this way.
It all began in two thousand, one hundred thirty eight.
Mankind was entering a sort of technological renaissance. The economy was back up, and advancements were being made quickly. World peace had been instituted by The Nation, who threatened to crush any and all opponents to the peace their dictatorship brought about. Mankind had become the dominant force in the universe.
And so, we decided to reboot one of the most influential and mind staggeringly advanced projects to ever be created by man. Decided to recreate a place of freedom, a place free of government or religion. A place where scientists could go as far as they wanted without repercussion by the morally bound inferior masses. A place where men were entitled to the sweat of their brow.
We decided to recreate…Rapture.
Project: RAPTURE was intended to be a simple moon base, settled on the dark side of the moon, where citizens of The Nation could move if they found the population of nine billion, “Grounders,” as we called them, to be a bit overcrowded. Indeed, while the world had discovered peace thanks to The Nation, it still hadn’t covered the issue of where all the nine billion people were going to stay. And so we implemented Project: RAPTURE, which would ship one million people to the new, humongous moon base-Codenamed E.D.E.N. E.D.E.N was not intended to emulate the city of Rapture, not intended to cut off its ties with The Nation and declare that it was a separate Nation. But we did it anyways. We decided to pretend that our communicators were down, and every time someone landed we took them and used their bodies to create the Archangel-giant lumbering cyborgs, superior to the Big Daddies of Rapture in every way, and pair bonded them with the Angels-our own versions of the Little Sisters. The Angels were all designed to Harvest ADAM, just like the little sisters, which was then sold throughout the city for high prices. Of course, everyone who was rich enough to afford to join E.D.E.N was already wallowing in money, and as a result we made quite a bit of money in doing so. This money was as a result spent on obtaining more ADAM, and so the cycle continued, until ADAM became so scarce that it seemed the only way to obtain it was to take it from other people.
That was when the violence broke out.
War broke out. People died by the hundreds. Blood was literally drank to get to the ADAM of those unfortunate enough to die in the process. It was horrifying, and you can no doubt see the effects around you. It was awful. I was there to see EDEN rise up and fall, and I’m experienced enough to now know that the Fall of EDEN was inevitable. But even so, I must take responsibility. We, we humans, we scientists, we demons are to blame for all of this-all of this around you. The chaos, the death, the collapse of civilization. We had no idea at the time, but that’s no excuse. We should have been prepared, should have figured that by cutting off from Earth we’d be forfeiting our entire ADAM supply. We should have been prepared for people getting addicted to the stuff, for people going mad after we lost all our ADAM, after it had all been consumed. But, most importantly, we should have been prepared for LILITH.
Once upon a time, thirteen years before the fall of EDEN, we created Ephraim. A little sister like no other little sisters.
Her body rejected ADAM-even a small dose of it almost killed her. She became desperately ill from it, and we were soon out of options to save her. I was willing to do anything, everything, to bring her back from her fate. After all, it was my fault. It was all my fault. I brought her into this world to be treated like a mere storage device for ADAM and other such drugs. I was the one who damned her. And so, desperately, I worked on developing a cure for her immunity, a way to get her body to accept ADAM.
Fusing her with a sea slug was my first mistake.
You see, we succeeded, all too well. However, we soon discovered something dreadful, something horrible…something powerful. It was being produced in her stomach, like ADAM from a slug.
LILITH.
Soon we realized that there was more to this LILITH than met the eye. It wasn’t like ADAM or EVE. It was something else. Something different. We weren’t sure what, exactly. But it’s powerful. Incredibly powerful
And, naturally, this made Ephraim a target.
Now everyone’s after he. Some want to kill her. Others want to save her. And others…want to harvest her.
You see, while nobody quite knows what LILITH is, they all knew that it was valuable. Incredibly valuable. More so than ADAM and EVE together.
Some said it erased all the ADAM from a person’s bloodstream. Some said it multiplied the effects of a person’s plasmids. Whatever the case, Ephraim became the most important person on all of EDEN, and everyone sought after her.
But enough chit chat. Let’s get down to business.
My name is Dr. Emmet J. Ross, and I’m trying to save Ephraim. She’s just a little girl, she doesn’t deserve to die. And I won’t let her.
This signal is being broadcasted on all radio waves. My enemies, Rippner and Drake, have their agents closing in on me. I’ve given away my position in my attempt to broadcast you this message-they’ll be here shortly. I don’t have much time.
To all who are listening-please, please protect Ephraim. She’s only a child. She doesn’t deserve the fate I’ve damned her too. Ephraim, if you’re listening, please forgive me. I know that you’re hurting right now, but I promise I’ll make it up to you if we meet again. Please, take care of yourself. Don’t worry. Your Archangel will protect you.
Now, I must flee. Goodbye, sweetie.
This is Dr. Emmet J. Ross, signing out.”
“Good evening, gentlemen.
You may refer to me as simply, “Drake.” I’m here, talking to you right now, for a reason.
You see, LILITH is beyond delicious. I had the pleasure of obtaining a bit for myself, and I assure you-it’s worth killing her Archangel to get it. Never will you taste something so incredible. And the effects…the effects are wonderful. Beyond what you could ever dream of.
Mr. Ross has it all wrong. What you need to do is capture Ephraim, and harvest her. I guarantee, you’ll never need any more Adam again. It will cure your addiction to Adam…while at the same time granting you more power than you can ever imagine. You will become a living God, an immortal, a superhuman-more so than you already are. You’ll heal from all wounds. You’ll have access to powers you’ve never dreamed of. You’ll be unstoppable. The only way for you to survive EDEN is for you to take that LILITH, and become one of it’s children-a Lilithim. As a Lilithim myself, I swear to you that even the most moral of you all will never regret it. Take that Lilith, and become more than man! Become greater than God itself, become the next stage of evolution! Join me, and become the most powerful force on earth! You’ll be a one man army! An ubermensch!
So please. For your own sake, harvest Ephraim, and bond with her to become something that you don’t even have the imagination to dream of. Even one sweet drop of the stuff was enough to turn me into something horrifyingly powerful, a dark god in my own right. Imagine how powerful you can be if you have it all! The world will tremble at your gaze! So please, for your own sake!
Unfortunately, we were unable to capture that terrorist, Ross. But believe me, he’ll soon be little more than a memory.
My name is Drake. It’s been a pleasure chatting with you.”

Name: (Normal for humans. Two greek letters followed by a number from 0 to 9 for Big Daddies. For Archangels, I'll assign you one, but you can veto it. It'll be related to actual Angels—I.E, Remiel, Gabriel, Michael, et cetera.)
Age: (Preferrably no teens or anyone over fifty, but I'll make exceptions.)
Gender: (Male for Big Daddy; otherwise, go wild. Archangels can be either.)
Species...thing: (Splicer, Big Daddy, Archangel, et cetera...)
Plasmids/Tonics: (You start with...ah, what the hell. One thousand. I may change it. You have to buy level one tiers before you buy level two, and buy level two's before you buy level threes. Feel free to make your own, BTW. I'm open to suggestions.)
Weapons: (Be reasonable.)
History: (Leave blank for now. I still need to describe the world better.)
Other: (Whatever.)
