I don't recall Maxi's ship ever having a name.
Doesn't help that they barely even use it.
Datamining from the latest patch suggests 6 additional DLC fighters (the same amount as in Tekken 7's second season) after Amy and Cassandra. This time they're lightly codenamed. Best guesses go:
"Stone" = Rock — Self-explanatory
"Yell" = No one knows. — Some suggest Hilde because she's a commander and one of the more popular characters that doesn't fit into any other guesses, but it seems like a bit of a stretch. I'd be surprised if a season 2 didn't come with a guest character, so maybe this or another spot could be referring to a guest. I'd like to see Hilde though.
"Star" = Algol — Algol is a star
"Snow" = Setsuka — The first character of Setsuka's name in Kanji translates to Snow.
"Reptile" = Gosh, this one is a thinker.
"Yellow" = Hwang — The first character in Hwang's name in Hanja (Chinese characters incorporated into Korean) translates to Yellow.

I heard the word Setsuka and arrived as soon as I could
If the guesses are true, I'd be pretty happy. Rock would be a surprising choice, and with Astaroth gaining so much of his moveset, they'd have to reinvent him quite a bit, but with him, Aeon, and Hwang included, the game will have filled out the whole SC1 roster (minus Edgemaster, but he's a mimic so it's not as big of a void), which only seems right with SCVI covering that game's events.
Setsuka is great and finishes the SCIII newb trio (minus Olcadan, but again, mimic).
Hilde would be nice as she has a very distinctive style both visually and weapons-wise.
I don't really care about Algol, but I know he's got fans, and with Hilde that would finish the SCIV newb duo.
Nearly every main cast member from SCI to SCIV would be in the game (sorry Yun-Seong).
If Rock gets a little spotlight I'd be happy. Always been pulling for that guy since Soul Blade.
Mortal Kombat's clearly getting a guest character in Soul Cal.
Watch Stone be Bangoo. At least, I'd like him, once we're done bringing back the others.
Id laugh if Reptile was MKs Reptile. It makes about as much sense as Scorpion and Sub-Zero in Smash Bros.
I have resurrected this thread bearing (supposedly) good news.
Bandai Namco considers SC6's launch successful.
The "supposedly" is only due to a lack of an official English quote (the tidbit is from BN's Japanese third quarter financial report), but a reddit user had this to say:
Translation: "In the residential gaming sector, the worldwide release of the new game Soulcalibur 6 got off to a strong start with sales."
I remember there being talks about whether or not the game flopped, so yeah, there ya go.

I haven't bought it yet, but intend to. I hope you're all still supporting it. I also note that Bamco's other recent fighter, DBFZ, had a short hype life, though part of that may have been intentional on the part of one of the companies behind the game.
I just wish they'd put out more Ca S parts already. My customizing itch needs to be scratched!
Wait, so the Soul Series is saved?
The Soul Still Burns
I'm really glad this SC VI did well enough. Hopefully that means the series won't become dormant again.
Looking forward to the future CAS DLC

Amy revealed for Soul Calibur 6
Need a trailer... see if she's not just a Raph clone
The article I linked has a trailer.
Wow, they reenact what happens at the end of SC II. That was a nice surprise.
Yeah literally viola hasnt happened yet since that happens somwehere in the aftermath of 4 and before 5.
Interesting to see sc2 renacted. So vampire raphael may still exist?
So...how old is Amy supposed to be again?
I thought it was around 12 (which might be way too young), but she's shown as being around the same height as Sophitia who is at least in her early twenties at this point.
Maybe it's the heels.
her age is whatever they say her age is
theyre playing fast and loose with the timeline in this one
Everyone in the following game is atleast 18 years old

English trailer. And it seems azwel has his sights set on her? Interesting...
Am I the only one who noticed Okubo is actually intent of using the next season to expand the game's story up to SCII's end?

Talim was conspicuously after everything sc1 related, so i had a feeling other characters would jump in as time moved on.
The real question is: how many times are they going to do this? I dont see sc7 being a a sc3 and 4 remake...could my prediction that wed go through the whole timeline in this game be true?
