Name: Kobayashi Kioshi
Gender: Female
Role: Pyromaniac/Student/Fire Magician/ Kleptomaniac (in a way…. Look at personality)
Seat Number and Class: Seat:39 Class:2A
Personality: Known for blurting out the random, she has a lot of energy but she puts that energy into making things instead of her studies, known for snapping at people then regretting it. She is paranoid that fairies are going to eat her and because of that reason she is afraid of butterflies because she heard that butterflies are the decedents of fairies. She has a lot of different dragon statues all over her room because she heard that dragons eat fairies. She does not like chocolate, but she does enjoy spaghetti and she is rather good at dodge ball, sort of superstitious when it comes to horoscopes and fortune telling. (because we all know in anime the horoscopes always come true) She is known for appearing out of the blue. She is known for stealing stuff then feeling bad about stealing it and promptly returning it to the owner. (unless it’s a diary, she will read that before returning it!)
Appearance: Short dark red hair, 5’6’’ green eyes, a small but fast body, has a scar on the back of her left hand and all over her back, wears levis and red t-shirt when not in school.
Clubs: Rhetorical questions club (president) and the dodge ball club
Abilities: Make explosives, sneaking around, Klepto-skills
Backstory: Her mother abandoned her and she was raised by Kobayashi Daichi who was nice until he started coming home drunk and beating up little Kioshi. She ended up burning his house to the ground and leaving for this school when she was old enough.
Other: She really doesn't have any friends because of her hobbies and personality but she has decided to try to make friends at this new school.
That better?

It is your own fault if you are ninjaed! (Now sleeping)1 - Somehow I doubt anone would be allowed to make explosives in Mahora. Where would she get the materials? Steal from the chemistry labs? Thats not the sort of thing that goes unnoticed, especially if she actually uses said explosives.
2 - How is she paying for school if her father is, presumably, dead?
3 - Finally, and I mean this in the nicet way possible, "She is known for appearing out of the blue" sounds like it could easily degrade into a sort of instant-offscreen-teleportation, which my inner GM cringes at.

It is your own fault if you are ninjaed! (Now sleeping)After much pondering, I decided to put this back on. I wasn't sure there were elves in negima! but i'm going to risk it.
If someone's willing to be the character who is ordering Mist around, be my guest.
- Name:Haugerud Mist, "Misty"
- Gender:Female
- Role: Extreme Doormat Blonde Ditz Elven Student.
- Seat Number and Class: Class 2A, Seat 23
- Personality: Mist is... compliant. She will seldom deny anything to anyone and is eager to please everyone, so more often than not she ends up being exploited for less than scrupulous ends to other students. She does not seem to mind at all, having a rather kindhearted attitude and zero temper. Mist is also incredible naive, and she apparently has no shame when it comes to showing off her goods, making her also a good cashcow from photography sellers. Some people argue that Mist has more than being a simple pretty doll to be commanded, but so far, she hasn't show anything that could sustain that claim.
- Appearance: Mist is hauntingly beatiful, even by norse standards. She has long golden, silken hair all the way down to the hip which she neatly braids in two twintails (in an attempt to hide her pointy elf ears), curvaceous and busty for her age, with a definite nordic constitution of pale skin and neat freckles all over her cheeks. Her eyes are of a vivid verdant green, and she easily towers most of her classmates. Befitting her elven nature, she also has pointed ears.
- Clubs: Gardening, Singing and Literature Clubs often do see her.
- Abilities: Mist is a girl of many talents, being actually far more intelligent than her personality would seem to let know. She also works hard to achieve her goals, in the same abandon she does everything asked for. She is also known for her singing voice, and she's somewhat fit for physical exercise, although she has a tendence to defer to more aggressive competitors, and to avoid Gainaxing. Mist can't handle much of technology and computers, they seem far too alien to her. Japanese is also another stingy subject for her, being a gaijin. Lastly but least important, the elven blood of her makes her a talented mage for her age, able to cast many spells from many fields competently, although she has a tendence to hold back due to her temper. She excels in crafting items and protective charms and spells.
- Backstory: Born in Scandinavia, Mist' parents actually moved her to japan to avoid a certain old enemy that had been clashing with her family for times untold. Living a sheltered life until now, Freyja now is eager to make friends, always under the watchful eye of the council. People of the staff would know this, but not the students. For them, she's just an exchange student.
- Other: Freyja tries to hide her pointy ears under the braids. Not many know about this detail. She also seems fond of sweets and sugar. Her Japanese is actually poor, so she's prone to speak slowly.

- Name: Etherium Averruncus / Levin Eincross He prefers being addressed as Levin, as he claims that "Etherium...I am not that person any more."
- Gender: male
- Role: recently awoken cryogenically frozen Averruncus Prototype, or as he tells people in the know "I'm like a Magic Casting Gundam!"
- Seat Number and Class: Boys Academy Class 3A
- Personality: Levin is an easily excitable Keet type of boy, a shameless womanizer and romantic, and a big fan of anything and everything Crazy Awesome, he dislikes fighting, and if a fight breaks out between the guys in his class, he'll just put himself between them and hold them apart until things cool down. He is a big Anime and Manga Otaku, which is not something you'd think what with the sheer amount of sports this kid does. He does still have little clue about this whole "human interaction" business, and says a lot of the weirdest, most idiotic things ever.
- Appearance: Levin has the same white hair as most Averruncus models, he just styles it in a spikier way more in line with a Shonen hero. His eyes are quite lively looking. He wears the boy's school uniform, boots, and a scarf around his neck.
- Clubs: In his school, he is a member of many sports clubs and a club for fans of Shonen Manga.
- Abilities: Etherium sealed away his own magic, so he could live a normal-ish life with Minato's family. However, should he remove the seal, which would take around ten hours (its easier to seal it than to unseal it), he is a user of non-elemental magic, most of it revolving around pure energy and themed after constellations. A secondary magic he is skilled in is Metal Manipulation, mostly revolving around gold and silver. He is also skilled in close range combat, but its remarked his magic talent does not match up to other Magic strong Averruncus models, and his physical strength and skill is not at Fate's level.
- Backstory: Etherium was a prototype of sorts, one which did not work out quite as well as Lifemaker had hoped. So to make sure Etherium did not go into a war he couldn't win, he was stashed away somewhere far off, which is where Minato's family wound up finding him, a "boy in a giant case". They removed him and he awoke. At first, he thought of returning and going to the Cosmo Entelecheia group, but when this failed because he had no sense of direction, he returned and was invited to stay with Minato's family. He accepted, and so Minato gained a very unusual little brother. Minato has no idea why Levin is so strong, nor why a guy "so obviously from America" would be there in a little pod. At any rate, he has no interest in villainy, and his seal on his magic makes him just a very strong person.
- Other: Levin is not an antagonist, he is chiefly there for comic relief and maybe later to be Minato's guard.
Room for one more? (I read the first handful of volumes a year or two ago, so hopefully I know enough to improvise.)
Name: Rika Cotetsu
Serial number: RC-413
Gender: Female (but will not correct those who treat her as genderless)
Role: Student, Terminally Ill Robot Girl
Seat Number and Class: None yet, but will wind up in class 2A, sitting in seat 27
Personality: Meek and shy to the point of fading into the background when she's not coughing up sparks, Rika is kind and obedient to a fault. She tries her hardest to be helpful, often to the point of further damaging her already-precarious operating condition. She always seems a little sad and lonely, and secretly feels inferior to more powerful and advanced robots.
Appearance: A slender build, with pale silver skin and large, electric blue eyes (color can be changed to suit user preference) that emit light. Delicate-looking, with no breasts to speak of, and long, slender limbs. She has no hair, but generally wears a wig to cover this. Her current wig is a blonde pageboy, but she tends to change wigs to seek the approval of those around her, especially authority figures. Has small, but-like earpieces with retractable antennae.
Clubs: Member of the Conservation Club, but she also spends a lot of time with the engineering, robotics, and programming clubs.
Abilities: Rika is mostly obsolete, but her shockingly low weight makes her surprisingly agile. She is also compatible with a number of obsolete data and video storage media, as well as being able to substitute for a small handful of classic video game systems when hooked up to a television or monitor. (The controllers plug into her bellybutton, which she finds embarrassing.) Her eyes can function as flashlights. She is very skilled at mathematics, and has a surprisingly vast wealth of random trivia in her database. To defend herself in an emergency, she is capable of electrifying her body, though this drains her batteries severely. This is a last resort, as she was designed to run on minimal power, and as such can run for days on a power supply that would be inadequate for the average alarm clock.
Backstory: Once bleeding-edge technology, Rika soon became obsolete as newer, better robots were designed. The experimental nature of her build and a lack of proper maintenance took its toll on her, and being bought and sold several times before she was eventually abandoned did the same to her spirit.
Other: Rika's body may be beyond repair, and her programming is a tangled mess barely understood even by her creators. As such, several malfunctions and glitches may occur. If she hears the word "utsuge", she will weep uncontrollably, and refuse to explain why. She is kind to most people, but strongly dislikes luddites.

Thank you, master. I'll do my best for you.
Nobody will know her... This is her first day!
I'll dump her in after I've caught up with the main thread, unless you'd prefer I jump in and get caught up if I go?
As for if everyone ignores that she's a robot, that's up to everyone else, but if someone else says she's an alien, a victim of some weird disease that turns your skin silver, or a girl with body paint being an attention whore, she'll go with whatever they say she is.

I'll say this right off, I'm not familiar with the source material (but I'm doing research!), but I'm a fan of Love Hina and Ai Love You.
With that generally useless proclaimation, here is my character.
- Name: Shimizu Arashi (Her name literally means "Storm Purewater")
- Gender: Female
- Role: Student/ Hot-Blooded Genki Girl Half-Elemental (Water)
- Seat Number and Class: Seat 34, Class 2A
- Personality: Generally cheerful and outgoing, she can sometimes take it too far and annoy even her friends. If the Dulcinea Effect applied to heterosexual girls, Arashi would be a prime example; if she considers you a life-long friend, it’s because you might’ve said “Hi” to her while passing her in the hallway. And because she suffers from “Dulcinea’s Disease,” she’ll defend her “friends” with her life, even if they don’t particularly need her at the moment.
- Appearance: Arashi stands at around 5’1” and a half. She has deep, blue eyes and completely white hair. She usually has it styled in pigtails that are tied with light blue ribbons.
- Clubs: She’s not a member of any clubs yet, but she’d most likely be interested in joining the “Ultra Cheerful Student’s Alliance.”
- Abilities: She can draw moisture from the air or a nearby water source and manipulate it according to her will. She usually uses her abilities to pull pranks on people. "Whoopsie! You should've seen that puddle there."
- Backstory: I’ll let her tell it:
“Ok, so I was kicked out of my old school for throwing water balloons. Well, ok, that’s not [fingerquote]technically[/fingerquote] what happened. So, here’s what really happened: My friends as I were just sitting there, chillin’ out and talking. You know, girl-talk. Suddenly this jerk, Hana walks up and says something to Reiko (she’s my friend). Reiko says something back. Next thing I know, they’re having a full-scale argument. Something about a boy, I dunno… So I leaped into action and shoved Hana away from Reiko. Hana swore revenge, and try to revenge me she did. Her a few of her friends cornered me after school and started pushing me around. I told them to stop, I really did, but they wouldn't let up. Did I mention it that we were in the bathroom at the time? That's kinda important. Anyway, they kept pushing and pushing, and finally, I couldn't take it anymore. I'm not entirely sure what happened, but there was a lot of water involved. Anyway, Hana and her group got hurt and I got sent home. Nobody could quite figure out how it happened, and Mom, Dad, or Me were going to tell anyone for sure. Anywho, the decision was made to send me to Mahora Academy. I guess they "cater" to people like me, whatever that means...
I'm gonna make so many new friends!"
Her parents, a human father and Water Elemental mother, are happily married and only want what's best for their daughter. Seriously. - Other: When she’s not doing school or club-related activities, she likes to listen to heavy metal music, watch Shonen anime, and play Ultra Super Death Gore Fest Chainsawer 3000-type video games.

Give the world the best you have and you will get kicked in the teeth. Give the world the best you have anyway. So she's essentially a waterbender? Cool!
One thing that might be a problem is Negima's Masquerade. If she regularly uses her powers openly in front of mahora's muggles she'd get turned into an ermine in no time flat
If she's stealthy about it it would work, although I'd think the magic teachers would be keeping an eye on her. Maybe you could say the incident that got her transferred to mahora was her loosing her temper and acting overtly?

Well...canonically he didn't...but he almost did during the Mahorafest arc and he did in the second anime. >.>
Burn up, hurricane of justice!

More description please. That is as barebones as it can be.
