There is already of example of what you're speaking of on Reality Warping Is Not a Toy, minus.

Would a child Reality Warper using their powers in typically childish ways (eg Molly in that one Pokemon movie with the Unown) count as an example of Reality Warping Is Not a Toy? They know what they're doing, but their immaturity leads to stupid and/or scary things.
If I'm asking for advice on a story idea, don't tell me it can't be done.
